I dont get why people drink. I mean its so fkn weird you give up your mind just to wake up the next morning with a headache, he sounds so stupid that Tarik had to mute his ass, cringe asf
Walter White is 100% real in modern history books. Not sure where you are getting that from and also not sure why you are trying to spread misinformation. Are you able to link a source?
Recreational drugs are not a loss for society. How do they fuck up the economy? Look at El Chapo. El Chapo is a good example, he invested the money he got back into this community (https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8945745/Children-Mexican-former-drug-lord-El-Chapo-build-makeshift-school-poor.html)
Are you able to locate Venezuela on a map without using Google Maps?
no, just 34 people die each day from drunk driving car crashes

No, vitamin C is not a drug, it does not fit under any of the 4 categories: stimulant, depressant, opioids, or hallucinogens; in contrary, it is well researched and is proven to improve health if taken via a doctors advice. And as for Melatonin, I do feel that way. Parents are more and more using melatonin as a way to get their kids to sleep and it is creating a dependence.
nah big man if you can't have fun without drinking that's being a alcoholic i think its very cringe to kill your braincells and fuck up your health and possibly kill your self to have fun when all it takes is finding a healthy coping mechanism and maybe some fun hobbies like knitting video games(not multiplayer and comp centric) and this is the hard part but finding good friends/company that you can have fun with and that will help you be a better person if all this sounds hard to you i suggest therapy
It's literally not that deep. Nobody is talking about being "alcoholic" or whatever, most people drink in social situations just to have a little more fun. Taking it to the extreme of "finding a coping mechanism" just seems childish, a little occasional alcohol will not kill you lol, and it certainly doesn't represent such a HUGE problem or anything related to coping if you are not always doing it.
I find it troubling how some individuals defend the use of drugs and alcohol despite the fact that both have the potential to devastate lives and even cause fatalities. The World Health Organization (WHO) has classified alcohol as toxic and linked it to severe health risks, and drugs have similarly destructive effects. While some argue that moderate consumption of these substances can provide an escape and stress relief, their misuse can lead to profoundly negative consequences. They are bad for a good, productive and functional Society, There's no way around that fact in my opinion.
Weww you see it's wike this. A hewd of buffawo can onwy move as fast as the swowest buffawo. And when the hewd is hunted, it’s the swowest and weakest ones at the back that awe kiwwed fiwst. This natuwaw sewection is good fow the hewd as a whowe, because the genewaw speed and heawth of the whowe gwoup keeps impwoving by the weguwaw kiwwing of the weakest membews.
In much the same way, the human bwain can onwy opewate as fast as the swowest bwain cewws. Now, as we know, excessive intake of awcohow kiwws bwain cewws. But natuwawwy, it attacks the swowest and weakest bwain cewws fiwst. In this way, weguwaw consumption of beew ewiminates the weakew bwain cewws, making the bwain a fastew and mowe efficient machine.
And that is why you awways feew smawtew aftew a few beews.
Why do people even care if someone else drinks, its not like it affects you personally, its not like one drink of alcohol is going to ruin you're mind, and getting drunk every now and then won't either and waking up with a hangover feels terrible but you can say that other things that feel terrible and yet people still do those things. Basically what you think feels weird and and not in you're right mind might not make other people feel that way, it is just you're own personal bias and experiences that make you feel that way. Everyone can have different opinions on different things and just because you don't get that opinion or feeling doesn't mean that your opinion is the only right opinion.
You cannot say that about every person who gets drunk though that is a very broad generalization most SA or assaults happen when somebody is way over the legal limit and not just someone who got tipsy. Also I agree alcohol is bad and can have severe consequences but I also know that drinking recreationally is not the same as addiction, and many violence and SA cases are caused by people with addictions not the people who occasionally get drunk at home or when drinking with colleagues.
recreational drugs are a way for people to get away from their immediate surroundings and feel better. If you are uncomfortable with someone who uses drugs just stay away from them when they are high. Normal people dont just want to sexually harass someone after a drink. If someone does that they are to be blamed for their actions not the alcohol or drugs.
I mean in small quantities, and/or occasional consumption isn't the end of the world and it's not like its going to affect everybody around if you get drunk 1 time, if you become an alcoholic that's when it becomes and issue. If you're drinking everyday then that is an issue, but drinking on a special occasions or under special circumstances like drinking it for religious purposes is fine imo.
The crazy thing is the "safe" amount of alcohol consumption per day is so little that its insane. One glass of certain alcohols with instantly takes you over the limit, at least that's the case in the UK. And the weekly limit is very low, so for alcohol to not do "damage" according to guidelines, you have to drink so little alcohol that you probably won't get drunk from it. The issue is drinking alcohol till you get drunk even once in a week for example can do a lot of damage unless you are a light drinker/you get drunk easily because its already well above the prescribed limit of alcohol. But it's not my choice whether people drink or not, I will never drink for many reasons though.
defending? i only see people saying they are grown ass adults who know the consequences of their acts and what they are getting in their organism tbh, its not defending, they know its bad but they wont stop so its dumb to try and change their minds, specially online because those alcoholics and drugaddicts migh have their family and friends telling them about the risks of it all the time and people online who they´ve never talked to is just wasting its time atp.
OP deadass said drugs and drinking is bad which is legit the most mild and correct take in the world how are people mad if you need drugs/drinks to have fun you don't know how to have legit the most real example of a skill issue drugs/alcohol are a net negative people who are on drugs are not fun to be around and do more harm to people around them and themselves
At high levels of consumption, its bad obv, but in a controlled environment and in moderation its fine. I do think stores that sell alcohol/drugs should implement some checks to make sure consumers haven’t experienced legal trouble with drug/alcohol abuse in the past to limit people who do abuse these substances from purchasing them.
As someone who likes drinking… I don’t need it to have fun? It’s nice to let loose a bit bc I get anxiety in social situations sometimes so it’s a lot easier to talk to people and relax when drunk, but I’m also very capable of having fun without being drunk (literally only drink like once every 2-3 months).
Anyway, it’s not incorrect that these substances are poor for your health, but in moderation (and actual self-enforced moderation!) it’s not that bad.
yup and its not worth the side effects of hangovers dead brain cells and the legit hundreds if not thousands of medically problems it might cause me im not going through all that (possibly more since a room full of drunk people isn't the safest place) so i can be 10% more social and have less anxiety when you can go to therapy and get better results and solve other shit too
