wait holy shit, to love in the 21st century is one of my favorite albums ever, never heard a more based take on this website until now
changes for Red Bull? im very curious now, are they gonna try some swapped roles?
happier than ever for me, but saying when we all fall asleep is a very good take regardless
Originally was loud cuz the first match i watched was lock//in finals and my friend who introduced me to vct was a fnatic fan, so i guess i just hated him or something đ
Now itâs probably heretics, been supporting them since they lost to kc in the kickoff finals (i guess that makes me a half-bandwagon). I really liked their explosive play with pre-buff neon and their style was just very fun to watch
idk the only ppl i see mad about it are vlr users claiming that everyoneâs too soft these days
kc could be great if the roster rumors are all true, but weâll see
i think it depends on the playstyle, there are duelists like zekken who are great because they are aggressive, and therefore playing him as a sentinel agent would work counter to his strengths
but i do agree there are a decent number of mechanically insane players who would be better off duelist
makes sense in a vacuum but not always true i suppose; 2023 LOUD didn't win anything last year but they are generally regarded as the third-best team of last year right (behind FNC and EG)?
very different vibes but rn its drugs you should try it by travis scott and sticky by kiss of life
in a similar vein to kamo, meiy is sooo underrated bc of dfm. dude is rlly talented
pretty good list, valyn for igl i would say
mostly correct imo, think trexx needs to be on the initiators list though
youâre telling me that if we exclude the representation of the most populous country in the world who have a team in the grand finals, the viewership will be lower? thats crazyyy
im convinced this website has never watched an emea game in their lives, they kept woot on jett against koi and m8s and lost both of those with woot putting up fairly average numbers
how is miniboo still getting hate after playing a fairly good series?
wtf i literally did the same thing
https://www.vlr.gg/pickem/6ebc947c
cant put same group on same side of bracket, since trace was on that side lev gets moved down to g2
are draws completely random? i just kinda assumed 1st seeds play 2nd seeds
a single rifle where the rest of the team is on low buy/pistols
wait lowkey the biggest problem im noticing with g2 is that every one of s1mon's flashes are blinding 2 or more, they're unable to avoid them
maybe they just don't know how to play against the kay/o well? just looked back at their match history and they've never performed well against the kay/o (either losing the map or winning 13-11 or ot)
i wish, but g2 is far more disciplined (and frankly better) than lev, itll be a tough match fs
im so confused by this narrative, shanghai heretics got stomped by gen g on lotus
he stopped plant bc he knew munchkin was on site ready to swing
heretics have already won more rounds on lotus against gen g now than they did at shanghai
riens bottomfragged though...
woot very good but he can't single-handedly win maps on duelist (check split 2 icebox vs koi and m8, ppl ignore these maps cuz of shanghai)
this is not legitimate criticism xd
yeah youâre gonna get hate if youâre a pro player and you will have to deal with that, but also this argument is self-justifying
you could also just choose to not say mindlessly mean stuff about him, either be constructive with your criticism (something like âhis neon movement needs workâ) or donât say anything at all
edg vs anyone, dont feel like anyone other than kangkang has the stage presence to make the finals heated
map pool advantage in this game as well, these are trace's best maps
oh yeah thats fair, i dont necessarily think he would've done better on the duelist role here (even played yoru as more of an initiator on bind)
primmie isnt and probably should not be the entry, his value comes from being able to hold these angles and therefore shut down players who want to peek him without util
you can call it bait if you want, but talon understand how to utilize his mechanical talent to set him up for success (sadly the rest of the team's entry ability is somewhat limited so they just have to rush in with 3-4 players at once)
huh? all tenz said was that primmie was mechanically gifted, he never said once that primmie is better than aspas in any other respect
there is no in-between with ppl on this match
personally, i think lev will 2-0 but both maps will be really close (13-9 13-10)
im sleeping at 10 to wake up at 4 and watch
dark horse pick that edg fut will be an absolute banger
my hot take is that woot duelist is not that incredible
he has the mechanical ability for it but his util on duelist is not that great tbh, he was able to dominate at shanghai bc of the low pressure and the fact that no one knew how to deal with him
i guarantee if woot played duelist at seoul he would be getting owned
i genuinely think this could happen once a few more agents get added in, not enough agents to justify this yet
this is abyss, fpx's best map and one of heretics' worst
i guarantee heretics win on bind, lotus is gonna be a close one tho
they did not
