aren't they like literally an americas superteam? like on paper they have had peaks better than all the individuals on fnatic other than maybe chronicle, if it wasnt for the horrible management and if they had the current roster earlier on and gave them time and helped them build chemistry then it couldve been better for their season and they are actually like americas last hope, if they dont make a run at lcq and go to champs then fnc or another emea team will take champs and cmon its fnatic even if they have a bad strategic side they will more than make up for it with their firepower

sentinels and nrg are the closest to americas’ superteams that we can get. the issue with sentinels is that they don’t have a distinguished igl (although this worked for prx) and nrg don’t really have a star jett player (ardiis is close but not at the same level as other world class jetts). i think sentinels has a good shot at lcq and nrg is bound to bounce back stronger at champs. tokyo reminded me of copenhagen for them, played horribly and managed to sneak through with a 4th place.

Optic wasnt even a super team tho, all 3 of FNS, Victor, and Crashies cant be called super team material cause none of them are best in role other than maybe FNS in IGLing.
Marved and Yay were definitely up there tho which is why the team was so successful. A real superteam tho was Loud, all their players were so clearly best in role and it was unbelievable

Difference between fnatic and sentinels is this:

Leo best player on guild
Chronicle best player on m3c/gambit
Alfajer top 2 on fnatic
Derke best player on fnatic
Boaster reputable igl and brought fnatic far many times

Now look at sentinels:

Sacy a very good side player to aspas and set him up greatly
Pancada very underrated on controller but the role switch and we haven’t seen him the same
Marved undisputed top 2 on Optic core
Zekken 2nd best on XSET
TenZ best on SEN
Dephh a decently proven igl (5th-6th in champs) doable but very risky to entrust the role to.

Now here’s the problem:
Sykko Head Coach of Sentinels while the best achievement he’s had is 5th/6th and relied on building up rosters, he’d be better on teams with up comer players than champion contending, Kaplan new head coach that didn’t even make NA LCQ…

This is not americas super team, instead of a failure from upper management, sentinels could’ve been truly great if they invested into coaching staff. Not blaming dephh because runi did not make it to challengers even but with the help of mCe who is proven to be able to make lans and foster great talent, created him into something.

on paper sen is the superteam but they keep making roster moves after 1 lost. Like no team is gonna have any chem when that happens. If u want the NA superteam then u do this smokes-marved, flex-zekken, igl-fenis, jett-yay, intiator- crashies. Now that obviously aint happening bc in NA org care about money and wont let ppl go if they already signed. Also players in na got huge ass egos about who they play with so crashies aint playing without food.

i like how you switched out Victor cause he genuinely isnt that great of a flex compared to many others but crashies as well id say easily loses to Sacy, Cauanzin, nzr, zellsis, xeppa, and the list goes on. Many other better options

height in basketball is more akin to firepower than it is igling bruh what are you on about. Also they dont really need an insane IGL when Sacy Zekken and Marved are all calling. Marved just has highest priority and we already saw their chemistry was amazing in the Furia match.
Marved has IGLing experience he just didnt IGL on Optic cause FNS is just better at it. On top of that he picked up a ton of stuff while playing with FNS so we can be sure that SEN is at the very least in safe hands

if boostio can be coached into a good igl then so can marved and tenz legit hasnt played with the same team members for more than the half of a tourney and even then if u take a look at how many maps sen won in 2022 against decent teams then you will see that most maps were won because of tenz, he can get back in form
