Soulcas is main Skye, with the ability to switch to Raze when needed, so thats two roles he can switch comfortably
Scream can flex (Jett, Reyna, Sage, Kayo and)
Jamppi mainly switches between Jett and Omen so thats two comfortable roles as well
As for Nivera, theres no telling what role he will fit in better. But even if he can play duelist, it wouldnt mean he will be a duelist main.

Just because 4 players can play duelist doesnt mean theyll play the same role at the same time. Thats what flexing is for, and is better to be a flexible team than be a one-role player.

Yeah, I think they should keep the core of the team just for chemistry. It's kind of hard to exchange 2 players and instantly integrate the new one.
But maybe Nivera is just a god and I'm stupid. Envy did something similar with Yay and it worked pretty good for them.

I'm pretty sure ScreaM will have better energy with his brother than anyone else lol, as for the other guys in the team I don't doubt they will have a hard time building the chemistry aswell, if they will make the switch they are 100% trying it beforehand, if it works it works, if it doesn't it doesn't, only time will tell if they make the switch or not.

Vitality bringed a new meta with 6 man rosters and nivera was 6 man he swapped with misuta etc he did well but then valve maked a rule who fucked up 6 man rosters and so the carrier of Nivera was fucked up bcs vitality choosed misuta instead of him (maybe bcs Nivera as less xp and surely bcs his role is the same as Zywoo but you don't bench Zywoo so they benched Nivera). So valve fucked up his career and there was no interesting offer for him in tier 1 teams so he switched.

Look man i love liquid and i think this is a step in the right direction but there’s still a bunch of problems like Soulcas and Jamppi. It’s possible that Nivera will be a sentinel/viper player, but there’s still the problem of soulcas in the team. He is an amazing skye and raze but he doesn’t see much impact when he’s on viper. If his viper gets replaced by the new guy, then i can’t see him playing on raze or skye for icebox, with scream already on reyna and jammpi on jett a lot more. They also don’t really have a star sova player which could really benefit this team. Idk just a thought

Main issue with this move is that your removing a Sentinel/Controller main in Kryptix for somebody who I would assume would want to play Jet or Raze.
Unless Nivera picks up agents like Cypher and Viper then either Soulcas or Jampii will be pushed onto a support agent.

I really hope they try and play the 6 man roster.

Kryptix has had a rough patch this challengers, but he was a monster on killjoy and has great viper play too.

Going into Iceland, he was putting up some of the best stats on his agents.

My worry with this move is that liquid don't really need more headshot machines. They need a sick sova player. Or at least another dedicated support/initiator player.

I think it's cool that scream and his brother get to play together. The synergy could be amazing. But I'm not sure it actually fixes the problems that liquid have been experiencing. This sort of feels like liquid are going for a "don't worry, we'll just shoot better than our opposition" approach - which might work in the short-term but I'm not sure how far that will get them.

It might be enough for LCQ though, so we'll see.

I'm not a Liquid fan but holy shit this is an insane roster. Everyone has been saying how kryptix was the clear weak link in Liquid and now they get a 20 year old player who was a rising star in CS before his stint with Vitality. Now they have the brother dynamic, got rid of their weakest link and have a new young star on their team. Anything other than being a top 4 team in EMEA would be extremely disappointing. Great move by Liquid and good luck to kryptix.
