why would you give better seeds to people who don't deserve them? the teams that have good seeds have already "proven" themselves which is exactly why they have that seed. i wouldn't give Squirtle Squad a top 5 seed because they struggle to make it out of round of 32. why do they deserve a better seed than NV who consistently makes top 4 placements? i would even argue that giving some t2 teams better seeds wouldn't do shit for them because of how unpredictable the t2 scene is. and you look at teams like Rise and KCP who got brutal seeds and still made it into closed. giving pity seeding is one of the worst things that riot could do for this game.
If all the good teams had bad seeds and all the decent teams had good seeds it would be the same thing. Sen, 100T, Envy, TSM, FaZe, Abx, XSET, etc. would all still play no name teams. And if you mean to put them up against each other early in the qualifiers then you would have tier 2 teams where they shouldn't be and only a few actual good teams in the main events which is bad for NA because this tournament circuit decides who represents the region in Berlin. Do you follow any sports or competitive events? It works the same way.
Renegades is probably the most decorated Tier 2 team, winning 6 of the 9 NSG summer tourneys that they have entered, beating the likes of Soniqs, Ghost, BBG, and absolutely dominating the scene. They haven't been able to get themselves into VCT main events yet, but it's only a matter of time tbh, and they are never going to be an easy opponent.
I think they are rlly cocky, especially subroza. Dont get me wrong there good players and theres a chance that they get good agian(this game was sloppy af from them), but i think there just too cocky. In subrozas stream ik its a joke alot of the time but he kinda comes off as arrogant and anytime someone donos asking about tsm and shit hes like we dont have any problems. And then theres a clip somewhere of someone askign him if he thinks tsm have a identity problem(which they do) and other team problems he got defensive and arrogant.
I don't know what the coach is doing because DZ's lineups on Haven are exactly the same from their previous matches. Coach Chet clearly didn't prepare well enough. It's either that or the players just don't adapt to it. They looked so lost on Haven which is why they couldn't make the comeback after DZ got 12 rounds.
TSM (Throw So Many) is a Tier 2.69420 professional team that has thrown multiple games across all VCT NA Stages. Their star players include Whiffdell and Superroza who are experts in bringing value to their team’s objective by throwing numerous rounds every game. It must be said, they are the hottest upcoming thrower-talent in NA.
