True. I feel like this core has reached a saturation point. It feels like they're missing something but we don't know what it is. On paper it is really the same team with Ardiis being a much better flex player than Yay when he was signed. S0m too performed beyond expectations but they still couldn't get results. Maybe it is the time to change.
These guys thought that they were good enough for franchising.
You still want Mazin on the team?
Saadhak didn't make it to Masters Berlin 2021.
EMEA has no right to talk with FUT and Liquid
That's no experiment, they've been doing it since Lock-in.
After the first 3 weeks the notion was that Loud, Leviatan and Furia would make it to playoffs but now look who's there...
Loud are lucky they got to play Furia, otherwise they might be in a spot of bother too.
Play the current 5 in all games from here onwards. Skrossi is playing well with a team that can set him up well so no need to F the synergy for the sake of comfort. Put T3xture on Raze on Split and Bind(Split and Bind need no Sentinel agent) and Rossi can play Sage .
Ya surely one of those 2. Tuyz played duelist for TBK before joining Loud so I think that's what he is implying.
My arguments were about last year though. Overall I agree that EMEA > NA.
Blud talking like EMEA was good last year excepting FPX.
Same man, can't believe people said they were the best team NA after they won Red Bull Homeground.
No worries, he'll be back if the team don't qual for Tokyo.
Nah, looking at Tenz, he is not a guy who wants to play tier 2 at the moment. He wanted to stay at SEN coz he wanted to prove that he is capable of playing at the tier 1 level.
They honestly should make a Sentinel balance patch like they did last year with all Controllers.
Well you have to provide a reasoning for that.
Pearl and Haven are the 2 maps that should be taken out next IMO. Bring back revamped Breeze and a new map for Champs. I don't want spam B simulator to make it.
What went wrong with KOI? How did they from the most promising team in EMEA go to the bottom?
He was back in early 2020-21. Dapr, FNS all used to play a lot of Cypher back then.
People were really happy when Chamber was nerfed and thought that the meta would become diverse and likeable. But is the current meta really good? Yes, we have fast paced Valorant but is the meta really that diverse. Killjoy pickrates are at an all time high with NA boasting nearly 81% KJ use, Apac at 70% and EMEA at 60%. Skye and Jett also have high pickrates at around 60% average. Astra-Viper has been replaced by Harbor-Viper and now with the release of Bind again, we have one more strong map for the controller duo and Skye. Nearly 10 Agents have a less than 10% pick rate and at Champs 2022 it was only 4 agents.
Talk all you want about how bad Chamber was for Valorant but it brought so many different comps to the fold. Neon, Raze, Phoenix and Jett all had equal pickrates, Initiators were balanced, Controllers were balanced and Sentinels alone wasn't balanced(KJ, Cypher were some niche picks).
Sell Sheydos to Liquid, Sell Trexx to some other team and throw other players.
Fnatic seems more dominant coz they haven't met their true test in KC.
I think they're saving strats for the main tourney. After all they are most likely through to the main tourney.
The two situations are different. Marved was signed to be a 6th man( Admitted by himself at the time he was signed) and BCJ was supposed to be a starter.
It's 2 matches so I put Zekken higher. Also Zekken has performed well in all matches so far in the league
If they were really pugging on Fracture, then yeah it won't make a difference if Sacy or Dephh called.
Week 6 which means last 3 matches in Americas
Envy reached the finals of Masters Berlin without a coach accompanying them too.
I just looked at his stats in his last 15 games, starting from Split 2 against Luminosity to his last against Leviatan. He has had 3 bad games and the one against c9 doesn't even matter coz they weren't qualifying.
In the last 10 matches, how many were losses though? Nobody is a god to look good even in losses bro.
Marved should play the entire split until qualification to Tokyo. If they don't qualify for Masters, drop Dephh and develop anyone on this team as an IGL. I don't think Johnqt went to Ghost coz of his insane Igling skills or anything. Neither was Valyn a recognised IGL before TGRD. So, bringing up someone on this team as an IGL is a possibility and Kaplan is capable of doing so.
I think it's C9 post VANITY and not Yay.
Do you guys participate in Twitter giveaways for Valorant? Has any of you won anything? I mostly don't participate coz I don't have anyone to tag.
It's just a pred. I may be wrong but if I am right I get to clown on all those who mocked NA.
Only time will tell my friend. My gut feeling tells me that 3 NA teams will reach the playoffs. But I may be wrong too.
Honest question though, was NA really good in CS though? Out of all the majors that have happened so far, I think C9 won the only major and Liquid with Hiko reached the finals of one. Apart from that have they reached any finals? In Valo an NA team has been in the finals of a S-tier tournament 5 times out of 7.
Imagine the storyline if 2 NA teams go to Tokyo. All these fans who are shittin on NA will completely switch up. Saw the same narrative in EMEA last year where people were predicting M3C to go to Reykjavik and win LCQ. Then all of a sudden G2 and Liquid show up and completely destroyed the fans' expectations.
This is Valorant man. Nothing is certain. 2 years ago Brazil was being called the worst region and today they are the best. Same can happen for NA too.
"wasn't he"
You have answered your own question.
I kinda think it's because some ass made a thread on how Shahzam and Dapr could do better in Franchising with SEN. Hell no man, they can't.
Ya they looked good on Haven too. nilyaz was insane today!!
