I had a suspicion that what everyone else on EDG was saying was kinda coordinated and 'unrealistic' (not that anyone is lying). But this perspective, while coming from leaks (not good), kinda explains why s1mon felt the way he did and clears up some stuff. Also the KK line about shooting doesn't make much sense when you consider that s1mon was talking about being put in a role where he isn't allowed to take much gun fights; did we not forget that KK had a 'crashout' when his team had pivoted to a more yoru based comp?

How tf could you not have Kang Kang on a list for duelist? His kill record alone on the final map of CHAMPS, solos whatever TenZ, D1, and Zekken have ever done at their peaks.

The difference is that Aspas has been on several rosters and been successful whereas Kang Kang has only really been on one roster so its hard to compare. You would need to start comparing hypotheticals for it to be fair.

Although, it should be said that regardless of which roster Aspas has been on, Kang Kangs overall peak during the tournament was arguably higher.

Aspas is more consistent. Kang kang had the best performance in a bo5 but he would need to keep it up to be in that convo tbh. Aspas has done well on so many different rosters which makes it hard to ever remove him from an argument.
