Yes but till the big matches lower/grand finals there is lots of time for fnc to fix ascent/ their map pool and punish liquid. It would be better for ascent to be close so fnc could live on their delusion that ascent is a good map pick and get punished when it matters.(For the trophy) We topped our group stage before as well we barely made it to masters. We need to save strats for later stages we are not the small team we were at KickOff

I don’t think FNC lost because they were tired, I feel like it was just a bad day for them. Also, TL’s coaching staff came up with great strats and counter-strats, ngl. I was actually expecting a good Ascent from them, maybe even a win, not a 13-1. GL to them in Stage 2, I hope the fight for top 4 will be peak. (And I agree, TL played really, really well today.)

Okay, with FNC now showing this weird performance we have all top 10 teams done this year with showing weird matches.

I was kinda hoping for a little reminder before Champs so they start grinding again after the last win looked a bit messy, but this is actually their worst match this season so far. Sh*t happens no one is a robot, but when stuff like this would happen on Champs I would suffer a nuclear level meltdown.

GGs to a awesome Liquid! keiko and kamo are so damn good and trexx fits their squad so well. Happy for trexx that he found a new home.

Back to the grind boys. There is work to do.

I don't think this was just a fluke or a weird match because no one was really aiming. Their prep was very flawed. They went either short or A every single round and only set foot in B main once. The one time they showed presence in B main, they committed to B. Very poor macro play.
