just got ambushed by my my old head dad and he just started tickling me nonstop and I’m sensitive to that shit so I couldn’t even defend myself whatsoever. places like under my arms I can still function under but my tummy is just an instant ff angle. I’m I supposed to hold my breath or smth how do I control myself more
