This one is pretty good. There's an aimlabs routine in the description and the video explains how to approach it. It's like 12 minutes a day

biggest thing for me is make sure your grip is allows you to move cursor so that when you are only using your wrist making your cursor move as little vertically as possible with all movement going straight left or right. Now if you just focus on crosshair placement at head level you can be confident in making small adjustments and still click their heads

I think just playing is fine but that’s me

I went from being an iron bot to immortal within like 2 episodes with maybe 5 hours in AimLabs and hardly playing anything but comp

make sure you do it AFTER u play val. trust me, especially since ur giant noob (silver), if u aim train before you will fatigue and your aim will reach lows you thought never before possible.

Rather than doing a bunch of aim warmup something that helps me is warming up my fingers, hands, wrists and elbows, which helps me feel more comfortable while aiming and is beneficial because it can help prevent carpal tunnel.

Also, I would recommend getting something like a stress ball or similar and squeeze it until you get in game, it helps keep you calm before games, and keeps your grip and fingers warmed up from your last match.

Finally, if you play a really long session I recommend icing your wrist and fingers for a little bit just to make sure you don't injure yourself.

Idk if I just got better or lucky, but last year I've been doing regulary the Demon1's aimlab playlist and my headshot % went from an average of 25% to 30% and I've stopped doing aim routine since then.
Now, my headshot % is more around 36% : I just do some IRL warm up (warming up my fingers, wrists etc.) and hoppe into some DMs or TDMs before I start my ranked games (it depends on my mood and also if my duo is online or not yet).

Not that my aim is that good, but my aim has improved a lot by dming and practicing in the range. Something that helped a lot for me, was forcing myself to practice movement and burst/tapping instead of crouch spraying with the vandal in dms. I also dm with the guardian/sheriff sometimes, which helps with my crosshair placement. I usually just dm once or twice before going into comp, but after I dm more if I feel like practicing.

TDM is probably better overall because the fights are more accurate to the fights in comp, but regular DM is good for practicing specific things and figuring out shit about your sens.

also i think that ppl should be using aim trainers only if they know that aim is their only weakness, silver does not require aim i could hit it playing only judge so just play the game and work on fundamentals

not pro play just normal pro player stream games. also, oce is quite decent so i would focus more on gamesense before aim. aim will develop naturally. just click on any pro player stream and see how they position themselves and try to learn to move like them when for example they clear site or angles

if you have no aim fundamentals you should aim labs or kovaaks, but if you have a decent foundation a few deathmatches should literally be all you need. i haven't aim trained in like a year and my aim has gotten better.

since silver players are bad at everything good mouse control will be something that makes them different from other silver/gold players. And you won't be silver forever, you will need to aim train to climb higher ranks sooner or later

Ive been around d3->high immo1 for like a year now but have always been very inconsistent aim wise.

I can wholeheartedly recommend the valyn guide, i dont do all of it but the aim on the head while moving side to side to get used to ur mousemat made me alot more consistent. also big focus on crosshairplacement is key if ur playing dm's(which i dont)

if you're referring to aim training, i have 300+ hours on kovaaks for life time i believe and my peak is immo2 currently dia

edit: i used to kovaaks for fortnite back in 2021-2022 so my valorant aim training hours are farrrr less, but its the fundamentals of mouse control i built

just play man, aim routines are good for warming up your wrist and making sure your muscle memory is on point and nothing else
a lot of aim is crosshair placement which you just learn by playing

honestly if you don't play a lot I'd still say you just have to keep playing. there really isn't much you can do to automatically make you a good aimer, it's just all about getting the muscle memory of moving to angles and knowing where to aim. the only thing I'd genuinely practice is flicks and tracking, everything else you need to learn by playing

The new voltaic anti strafe playlist. minigodcs top 10/minigod demon1 improved. Soulcas amped playlist. all available in the aim labs workshop. The last 3 are proven. The first one just seems fire haven’t gotten a chance to try it on a break right now. Ooo and play a angehold with a smaller circle also that is huge almost works are a transitional scenario.

You have to try it for more than one day, try it for 1 month and try to do it every day for atleast 15 minutes before your game and play a death match(or tdm doesn't really matter) after your comp session. Aimlabs and kovaaks are nice but nothing beats actually playing the game and getting time in. Another thing I can recommend is the woohoojin gold in a month routine is great.

Most important thing to do however, is be consistent. Don't only aim train 1 day a week aim train every day you play.

Yeah I don’t do it to warmup but I ain’t ever really played mnk games b4 building my pc in December and setting everything up recently so it’s more for that as well… it feels fine for me, I don’t play it for the benchmarking purpose but I do like the playlist (21 tasks 1 min each)… For warmup I mostly stick to doing stuff in game besides the RAMP playlist

Don't listen to these "just play the game" simpletons. You get much more isolated practice in aim trainers. Check these 2 videos and join Voltaic's discord, they have lots of resources there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9Prwf5woDA --- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yuro9LSQMjw
