If you just wanna rank up, until ascendant (based on my own experience since i haven't reached immo), you just need a duo to queue with (having one or two premades helps a lot), don't be scared to take duels, in fact, take any duel you can while in gold/plat lobby and just try to enjoy them (doesn't matter if you win or lose, however, always keep in your head that your crosshair should be at head level or tell your duo to remind you of that if he's dead-backseating). Once you start ranking up, you'll notice that some duels aren't worth taking, and you staying alive is way more valuable in some scenarios than committing to a losable fight.
Btw, before starting your ranked game, always try to warm up irl (movement with your hands and arms for like 2 3 minutes) and ig (deathmatch or team deathmatch or a bit of in game range). For the aimlab thing, I think it's better to do it after your games, i don't do that tho.

I have the same feeling about Ascent, it feels like whenever I have a teammate that just alt+f4 or goes afk, it's kinda always in the first attacking half on Ascent.

Number 10 s (Ozil & Riquelme likes) are more and more rare.. this position is vanishing in modern football and it's so unfortunate, those players tend to create magic with every ball they touch.
I think the past is better in a way there's more creativity and more space to let the talent express itself. Nowadays, I feel like the better players are more and more machines relying mostly on their stamina and strength. If we look at Haaland for example, he's arguably the best centre forward atm, but he's nowhere near the past top centre forwards technically speaking even though I'm pretty sure he'll break many and many records.

Best agent : Jett, usually when I pick Jett I get an MVP with multiple FK & I take more fights.

Worst agents :

• Raze. I don't master satchels. One round I satchel correctly (not insanely tho) & the next one I just fly in the air.
• Sometimes I fill on Ascent, Lotus & Sunset while playing Omen : I'm not a smoke player so I have that idea that I shouldn't die first, I take less gun fights & I don't make crazy plays (flash + tp behind & stuff) usually 0 first death with few kills compared to other agents.

Queue is the only solution.

If you don't queue, you're not gonna rank up, so in this case, the probs of ranking up are = 0.
If you queue, the probs of ranking up are ≥ 0.
