In terms of top teams (teams that have LAN winning potential)

Americas>EMEA>China>APAC

I see G2, and SEN being the favorites to win events but I also think Americas has more teams that COULD win, Heretics and Vitality from EMEA are really the only contenders I see really. I don't see how any APAC team is on the same level as the above mentioned. however, I can see EDG running it back, however that's just one team from china so they are below the teams with multiple contenders.

In terms of league quality (top to bottom, how well are the rosters built)

EMEA>APAC>=Americas>>>China

I feel like this needs to be justified a bit, Apeks is fairly easily the worst team in this league (I think their tactical prowess clears 2game and mibr), but looking at the next best team, KOI (or GX) I believe these teams are much better built than 2game, mibr or eg. APAC. I think zeta is pretty easily the worst roster in APAC, I think this matches up pretty well with americas, I think pacific and americas are fairly equal, however I think the 10-6 of APAC is better than the 10-6 of Americas.

Not to comment on who has the better league but i feel like americas has the most winning potential, but overall their league top to bottom was built fairly lackluster

They should do a tournament with the worst 8 teams, 2 from each region at the end of the year just so we can settle it once and for all and y'all can stop yapping your opinions that nobody is asking for

tbh KC played really well and almost won against Vitality so they could also be a contender

100T will flop before reaching playoffs in internationals

NRG arent winning when they are playing 4v5 every game

MIBR arent winning with their only strat being "aspas go kill"

Basically all NA+SA teams somehow downgraded from their last year and EMEA stole all good NA+SA talents/IGLs. TH, FUT, Vitality all look much better

Vitality, KC, Heretics, Fut all seem like contenders for me.
Americas i'd say Sen, G2, Nrg, Lev but honestly. 1vs1 our top 4 beats theirs for sure. And if Leo comes back you cant ignore FNC

I think in terms of teams that could win I see all 4 regions as equal so far. I think even in China there are some really good teams this year, FPX, XLG, BLG, NOVA and Trace all look capable of International event playoffs, I am bit disappointed with the level of gameplay I ve seen in Americas and APAC so far, but I havent seen all the teams yet, also they usually tend to perform better in big games. EMEA looked leagues above everyone else in last years kickoff, this years' kickoff also looks like that but I am not sure with their consistency yet.

Really hard to tell the strength of Americas since it feels like anybody could win ngl
