For me, if I was part of the TS management, I think they should just focus on getting an assistant coach and performance coach (maybe 1 or 2 more will do)

Jremy's nerves and mental is in a really bad state whenever they make it to playoffs,ñ. I think he needs to step up in order to at least get mid table in this stacked iteration of the Pacific league

Hope they at least do some minor/major changes to their playbook in the offseason too, they have become a bit predictable recently.....
