Good roster for NE and a great academy project.
Qpert is still young for an igl and has experience across a variety of teams, I think this could be a good opportunity to prove himself as a potential igl candidate.
Rexxtoned, I've watched a bit, very talented.
Ninja has done well with that chipi chapa roster in east.
Gsr & Donatello, I haven't seen them play in a competitive setting yet but from the clips I've watched seem like great prospects.
I had Leaf/Jonahp/Valyn just outside the top 20.
Mainly because I felt what made G2 so good last year was how they played as a unit, there wasn't that consistent star power that some other teams have.
Also some pretty one sided losses in the latter stages of both domestic and international events.

Most consistent piece in 100t, although cryo for sure had higher highs.
Personal opinion based on how they performed throughout the year, individually and achievement wise.

Nukkye had a solid career, playing for good orgs in emea for like 4 years.
He kinda slipped through the cracks of tier 1 and there isn't many great opportunities in T2 emea.
We will always remember that raze movement play though.
As they should, however its harder to compare domestic results between regions.
I personally had T3xture number 1 but the issue really just lies in the limited sample size.
Nobody really takes any domestic results into account so that just leaves 3 events.
Same thing happens in LoL, T1 swept all the awards despite only being the best team for the last 3 weeks of the year.
They probably just got a good offer for icy and heavygod and called it quits.
They will be able to sell the other pieces aswell to mid tier cis teams.

The grip the meta had on overwatch was crazy, like people were trying to play GOATS in plat lobbies.
Yeah i'm a big fan of academy teams although I feel bad for the tier 2 orgs in SEA.
Their league had already been condensed and the added academy rosters will squeeze them even more.
If SEA split 1 has 12 teams, there will be only 9 tier 2 orgs.
That means every player from that WeMade Fox roster is now coaching in Tier 1 valorant.

Its late in the off season, he's a 6th man for Leo, and he has a lot of experience. It's literally a fine signing.
Could also be a strategic coach, would be cool if it was Anderzz.
Yeah bridging the gap between GC and coed rosters is an awkward thing.
The way GC works promotes the top players sticking together long-term.
I would actually like riot to experiment running some small coed cashcups throughout the season for the T2/t3 scene. Similar to the spotlight series, but less of a showcase and more of a grassroots thing.
