forcefully removing bleed from tier 1 is insane,
with the info available to us, anyone that thinks about this for longer than 5 mins should somewhat agree.

want to punish minor offenses such as "failure to comply with critical reporting requirements"?
peep at what other way more competent individuals have dealt with the same situation before you (ex. https://www.beinsports.com/en-us/soccer/premier-league/articles-video/everton-hit-with-another-points-deduction-2024-04-08).

this is just not the way to go,
in general a team's players shouldn't be punished for off-field misbehaving of the club, there's exceptions and this ain't one of them,
bleed's players are still under contract there and ain't nobody forcing bleed to sell.

rub two braincells together and you'll discover the only way to go here was some sort of points deduction, make sure that unless they pull off an insane season they go down.

on top of that this move is sudden, out of the blue, and not just to us,
you think bleed would've been negotiating with aspas knowing they wouldn't be in tier 1 next season?
surely they wouldn't have bothered if they were aware of the precarious position they were in, no?

i have nothing against boom and i can't wait to see them in tier 1 (do they deserve it? maybe, does that make me care any more? no)
and i never gave a shit about bleed either (were they by far the worst asian team last year? yes, does that matter? no).

acend and in general tier 2 teams (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SXG77L0782Q), every team in portugal and italy starting next year, the spot distribution for majors, gambit and all of cis, and now bleed
(you're welcome to point out more, i surely missed some)

for an association that "doesn't take the removal of teams from its ecosystem lightly" that's a pretty long list for a 3 year period.

Riot removing Bleed was a W move, I know everyone wanna be the person to shit on Riot and engagement farm

Bleed was likely removed for other things too, rumored to negotiate with aspas before going to LEV

Also, as for the EMEA tier 2 stuff, it makes sense, I feel like people nitpick so much here, if you can't comprehend the reasoning behind the removal of CIS, Gambit, and Bleed you're just being a contrarian.

We need to know the detail, it can be both a good or a bad decision depending on the reason of the decision, I think it was taken recently because the timing is really weird, it's sad they didnt given us more info, but if this just have been taken then it's ok they take time to write why

Basically they said they are disappointed but agree with riot decision. Communication with riot was throughout but there were problems and they couldn't "rectify it in a satisfactory manner". They will continue to evaluate their position in valorant as an org as they are still able to play challengers

"Minor offence" last year on platchat leo Faria was asked what would it take for a team to get removed from league and his response was "a breach/non-compliance of the TPA(team participating agreement)". So yeah even if it's minor to us, for riot this is not a minor thing

Firstly I don't really know what does semantics(google says the study of words but idk what it's supposed to mean) mean, secondly You mention a point deduction system if team's players do something they aren't supposed to, but here it's not about a team's player but the team itself.
Also, I understand what you are trying to say but we don't know what went internally or how severe the case was, so if they decided to remove a team then they must have had a pretty good reason.

My personal thoughts: from reading some of these comments I think they didn't pay the players salary on time and according to riot they built this franchise league to have a good system where there is contracts setup and all parties involved recieve paycheck on time and many more things(this was said when franchising was starting in 2023, you can read this stuff from various sources) and I think not doing so is kindof a bad thing especially in a system built to prevent it
