Why so much hate for G2?
just because they're good? they use a new agent that's good? I legit don't understand why they get so much hate.
They were decent last year without Tejo and Jawg, they adapted to a new agent faster then anyone else and they get hate for this? it's not G2's fault Riot added him to the game. That's like saying the same thing about playing chamber back in his prime pre nerf. (yes you still had to aim, but I would say pre nerf chamber is still better then Tejo is now)

I feel like they get this much hate since PlatChat just glazes how they play so it makes all these plebs hate em.
Maybe I'm wrong, I'm Just a massive VCT fan that has always rooted for TGRD and G2.

All love no hate ❤️ I just like good VCT games and so far playoffs have been delivering, Hoping BOOM still makes it out of APAC.

Alot of people, for example their yesterday lost to sen was called an "off day", T1 lost was called a "fluke from T1", Last week everyone said they are confirmed Toronto Grand finalist, I have seen so many times of them being called best in the world that's it is actually tiring.

Idc if people hate on g2 for their playstyle, I just need idiots to stop acting like they wouldn’t be this good if the tejo meta got nerfed. They were literally a podium finishing team at a masters with icy instead of jaw. On top of that, getting rid of the tejo meta would just put Trent, Jonah, and ESPECIALLY jawgemo on more comfortable agents

it’s less about the hate of g2 as a team and more of what g2 embodies. no one likes this meta and unfortunately g2 is the ones that utilizes it the most and to the most successful extent, which makes sense considering it isn’t fun watching trent solo win rounds because he can just tap spike on his ipad. until tejo gets nerfed then things probably won’t change
