This is a easy 3-0, time for a competitive tournament. International play ins and main event should be very good, gonna be a mini preseason Major.

I want them to make it to the finals just for how crazy the crowd would be.

I understand if you think the Meta was stale or less fun to watch( I think the map pool was atrocious) but overall skill is getting better and better every year, less dominate teams because all teams are getting better and top teams aren't just farming every team in their region.

Even if crowds aren't crazy hype at first, the more you do crowd noise the more the crowd will get involved in the future.

Can we please get crowd sound in the background of the broadcast while casters are calling for all Masters and Champs, At least for the final Stadiums/Venues at each events. Watching the KCX4 Valorant match yesterday meant nothing and was a bo1 show match but it felt more hype then 95% of VCT Masters/champs games last year because of crowd noise. Thank you very much, no one will dislike this idea.

I tried then I realized Furia's players are all rated higher then all of G2 and you lose every first match against them if you are G2. fun idea though if it gets refined over the years haha

The Guard/ Now G2, I've always enjoyed watching them since they first made a splash on the VCT stage, a bunch of hardworking team oriented players that might not have the flash of most teams but had such great teamwork that they have been slowly getting better and better, we've lost some of the core along the way but Valyn as IGL, it's always been fun to watch for me. I know most people say this type of playstyle is super boring to watch but I actually prefer when a team does well off of teamwork and strategy then anything else.

I have seen a decent bit of M80 and TSM, M80 look very good, TSM seems a bit streaky but they definitely have a chance. I haven't seen any BR and Latam teams, are they pretty strong or is it gonna be another NA team making up to Tier 1?

Not bad, they were not playing up to their potential this tournament and it showed. they had a good year overall, just didn't have it in them here

brother G2 was not on form at all, Heretics have been EMEA's hope this whole tournament and even before.
They had a bad showing in their region playoffs but TH has been waayyyyyy scary all year and at this tournament

FNC was not the best EMEA team here though

Could be, but I think if they keep playing like this they win, since Shanghai I've always had them high in my rankings even when they struggled a bit.

yes FNC and G2 play pretty similar tbh, I would love a first round match up.

Not a doubter I just don't know where to put them, they definitely had the easiest group in my opinion

1. Team Heretics (They look like they are hitting top form again and if they stay this way they win Champs)
2. G2 (somehow they just comeback and win with solid fundamentals all around)
3. DRX (looking surprisingly strong right now but they're a young team and last standing Korean hope, it might add a lot of pressure)
4. Fnatic or Sen (Both started shaky but are hitting form right on time either could move up to the top if they keep playing like this.)
5. Fnatic or Sen
6. EDG (if PRX beats them then I would have them here.) Look super clean honestly shouldn't have lost to G2 but I think they rebound strong.
7. Trace Esports (wild card for me)
8. Leviatan (Vitality if they beat Lev I would have them here.)

Thoughts?

They did deserve it, KRU choked so hard starting mid way through Haven. It was hard to watch they lost so many rounds with advantages
