I don't like how G2 are playing, i feel they're going from better to worse. I will go with the team i've been seeing fixing mistakes as they encounter and looking better each week.

Team Liquid, if they are able to surpass Fnatic i feel they're favorites, also i'm kinda of a nAts fan so if G2 doesn't win, i want nAts to win.

I feel they're kinda desperate sometimes to match timings or be on the "correct" position and give out kills or take duels they're not supposed to take.

Also, i see them more reliant on util sometimes (i blame the Tejo meta) and they're giving out too much space because of this sometimes.

Yeah i mean, i know Tejo is the meta and it works, but before you saw Trent taking spaces and strongholding like crazy since he's a cracked aimer and i feel now they're sacrificing that having him be more passive and they're losing rounds because of this.

Just like this last round, everyone playing in site and he playing outside at long having a play a 4v1 which is becoming almost all scenarios recently.

see you get it, i get that tejo suits them very well but come on they were just as good on sova with good winrate on pearl and abyss. i’m watching them play now and yeah ur right, trent is always last alive and that is NOT “perfect valorant” (abolish this word along with superteam)

I never liked this "perfect valorant" title, if G2's valorant was perfect, they would've won champs and 2 masters ever since they got to Tier 1.

The team has a lot to improve still and challenges to face.

Yeah, Kickoff doesn't count in my books, G2 were favored, they had a stable project with minimal changes, just an improvement (Jawgemo is cracked) and the rest of the teams were building from the ground up again, so ofc they were going to look better.

I'm glad there's contest now, so they have the need to find more resources and strats to win.

yeah the s1mon drama is i think why edg lost bangkok. they were looking phenomenal and then just didn't adapt at all in the rematches. with the new guy i think they fix that
