i have nothing to contribute but i’m always impressed by people who can bench or lift in some way
one of my girlfriends’ pr was 315 and that would break my ankles i swear. i only like cable weights and cardio lmao

Well, a deadlift is a full body excersize focusing on the legs, much,much easier than a 315 bench, which uses only arms, chest and a bit of help from the rest of the upperbody. so unless this girl has the biggest arm and chest muscles youve ever seen then its probably deadlift
Like 315 on a leg press or deadlift right? Surely not 315 on bench since you mentioned ankles which are not used in bench

Im at 115. Still got ways to go, but I started off as a twig who could barely lift the bar lol.
you might be surprised at how many people can't lift the bar so that was already nice
my gym arc wasn't long, too many people I don't want to talk to. got to 1 plate for a full set. could do like 3-4 reps of a plate +35

245 on smith machine 225 on regular bench. I havent benched in maybe 6 months though so might be more atp
Smith machine is a bit easier because the bar path is fixed, meaning less stabilizer muscles are involved compared to free weight
can do 65kg assuming bar is 25, (20kg each side) what is that, like 143lbs? but i use lower weights normally because i do higher reps and i dont have the stamina/strength to lift that shit 12 times for 3 sets LOL
im out of practice tho so im p weak ngl
