even at the highest level, nobody in a ranked q is going to perform a set retake utilizing utility and combo them. People are going to do their own thing and even then the game disincentivizes a 5 stack that is capable of such a thing by rewarding lower elo than you would obtain as a duo or solo q. The point of the game is to have fun and if youre bound by these limitations regardless of your elo it becomes very mechanical at the thinking stage and everything becomes about properly maximising a kit. Back then as a jett player you could do plays that reward aggression but now you have to think about where you want to dash and not get slowed. As the game progresses its going to become very robotic and plays that award freedom back then will become more restricted
