rank doesn't matter that much for experience. If anything higher ranks are less fun because everyone just mumbles on the mic sounding depressed and tired 24/7

i honestly feel that plat and diamond are the best ranks tbh. Im only silver but my guess is that in those ranks you ain't stressing as much cuz they have great mechanics and they comm unlike lower ranks, but higher ranks like ascendent + they either trying to reach immortal or radiant so they grind constantly and arent chill as much

Because its a video game. I dont only play it because I want to be the best, I play it because I want to have fun. And yes a large part of that is winning/playing well but I can still do that in lower levels-recently I had 2 back to back stinkers which is very rare for me but today I loaded up a game and fryed going 33-16 (https://tracker.gg/valorant/match/bd0d8c89-1b3b-42aa-b2e1-d249a7145ce9) and had a lot of fun while doing it.

TDM, swiftplay. just listen to music run around hit heads or go for knife kills try different agents n stuff. i hit diamond after playing like 30 games which isnt that high but i started off bronze in 2022 on a shit laptop and then basically never played until 2024 after getting a pc. its just effort to try play multiple games whilst enjoying yourself (london servers filled w the french) idc to grind up higher either. plus marvel rivals is really fun

Honestly, the worst part of it is just games are incredibly hit or miss for me. I don't mind being bad if the games are fun. Whiffing can be funny a lot of the time, but some games it's just hard to be light-hearted.

I Only play unranked, because I don’t want to deal with comp stress while solo queuing.
And I also do goofy shit, i typically buy Odin and do cringe things with it. Or I just make bad plays with no fear because there isn’t RR to make me have to think.

not everyone plays tryharding to get better. its a video game, its supposed to be fun. if you dont take much seriously you will have fun too. someone who dont really care about ranking up will not care about winning and losing
