I was watching SicK’s stream and he mentioned that when he was at a team bootcamp, ShahZam and Sean Gares got in a heated argument and they went chest to chest. Sean dared ShahZ to hit him but he didn’t. Good thing because Sean Gares was huge back then.

He also said that when he was on Team Rogue that they were all in an elevator. Their manager bent down to tie his shoe and then a player named “cadian” put his balls on the manager’s head. No one in the elevator did anything or ever discussed this event afterwards.

CS announced their Major last year so I think Riot made sure their Masters was on the same day

posted 1 week ago

Because I don’t think it’s a coincidence that both the CS Major and the Val Masters were on the same day. Someone wanted a comparison!

Nice try Leo Faria 😂

Adding new agents and abilities just makes balancing that much harder.

If they never added new agents and Jett and Raze were still OP, then the game would be much different

I got bored of Valulrant and switched to CS2, and I have been practicing my movement. If there's any lvl 10 or FPL players here, please rate my movement:

Valorant has better anti cheat, but what else is better related to the gameplay?

posted 2 weeks ago

I stopped playing Valorant in January and started playing CS2.

I switched to CS because the gunplay was better and good mechanics were rewarded more.

Val has noob friendlier gunplay, but it was also marketed to be more tactical. I’m not familiar with the meta now, so what makes Valorant tactical and is it more tactical than CS2?

Dark mode only good for watching videos like Twitch

Dark mode on web pages is too hard to read everything

Because America likes their COD and Halo. America likes console gaming more than PC gaming.

As far as EMEA, CS rules Europe.

Holy, I have not played Val since last year and DMs would always pop in under 20 seconds

posted 4 weeks ago

CS is easier to start playing. Val too many agents and abilities to learn

posted 1 month ago

It’s a new game on a new engine. CS2 struggled a lot until recent updates that made the game more similar to CSGO

VCT Americas Viewership (average viewers) from escharts.com

2024
Stage 1: 241,142
Stage 2: 203,829

2025
Stage 1: 209,221
Stage 2: 155,570

2026
Stage 1: 165,199
Stage 2: TBD

Could we see sub 100K viewership in the next year?

The game used to be fun around the Chamber meta, but then with all the meta changes and new agents, it just became tiresome to keep up. I play CS2 now and the pros stay relevant.

I just got a black screen when I refreshed VLR. Only the monitor that had VLR on. Is this website related?

I was an Imm 3 Yoru main before I transitioned into a CS2 player earlier this year. I am top 1% NA which is equivalent to Immortal. If there's any good CS players here, pls give me some feedback.

VCT is like a lottery where you hope that the meta will fit your team

CS is teams trying to dethrone the Avengers (Vitality)

posted 1 month ago

Lol the mechanical gap in CS is just too big. In Val I never struggled against any pro

You'd have to compare FaceIT Challenger, the top 1000 players to Radiant. I am much closer to Radiant than I will ever be to FaceIT Challenger.

posted 1 month ago

FaceIT Challenger is top 1000, and these players are better than Radiants

double satcheling uses more key inputs, but it's also easier because you can bind a mouse button to satchel

posted 1 month ago

I played against Stewie, Moe, Valens, and Leith in Premier and I wasn't able to do anything against them. In Val I've played against pros and it was not nearly as difficult.

posted 1 month ago

Window to cat jump on Mirage is harder than anything movement related in Val. I'd bet that only 50% of lvl 10s can do this jump consistently.

posted 1 month ago

After playing CS2 for the past few months, I’ve come to the conclusion that the game is much harder than Val.

In Val I was able to reach Immortal 3 by being a one trick Yoru.

In CS everyone is on equal footing, so the only way to separate yourself is by having better aim/mechanics/knowledge.

In CS you can have good aim, but if your spray control is bad, you will still lose the fight

In Val, you just need good aim to win the fight because spray control is not a thing

CS requires good movement, whereas in Val you don’t need to worry about counter strafing

In Val, your positioning and utility alone can win you rounds, but in CS you need aim, positioning and utility.

I thought CS2 would be easy since I was Imm 3, but I am hard stuck level 8 and need to improve my mechanics and knowledge to hit lvl 10.

I do pay for FaceIT Premium because the quality of games are much better. There is no 4-5 stacking, and the matches are more serious and balanced.

In Valorant, basically 30-40% of my games were just so troll in Immortal elo.

posted 1 month ago

I'd start in Premier as a new player and try to reach 17-20K first. FaceIT is more serious, and your teammates will flame you a lot more. YouTube has a ton of great vids for improving at CS now.

posted 1 month ago

No, but in NA about 25% of the players are Russian for some reason 😂

posted 1 month ago

23K and Lvl 8/9 FaceIt with a 65% win rate. Will go for lvl 10 but need to improve a bit more.

posted 1 month ago

I make sure to always add girls that I play with, because it's rare to find a girl in high elo CS. I've played about 300 Premier games and have added two girls.

posted 1 month ago

I'm not. There's a lot less women that play CS in general, but the ones that do play are very pleasant. CS girls also seem to dislike Val a lot.

posted 1 month ago

Actually I love the girls that I meet in CS2. They are much nicer and more chill than the "pick me" e-girls from Valorant, who are looking for Radiant e-boys. Also the CS girls tend to be freaky 😏

posted 1 month ago

Both. I play Premier to practice for FaceIT

posted 1 month ago

I was getting bored of Val and quit earlier this year, and now I feel much more satisfaction playing CS2. AMA!

I should mention that never hearing a Valorant accent again was worth it alone in quitting 😂
