Lol the mechanical gap in CS is just too big. In Val I never struggled against any pro
You'd have to compare FaceIT Challenger, the top 1000 players to Radiant. I am much closer to Radiant than I will ever be to FaceIT Challenger.
FaceIT Challenger is top 1000, and these players are better than Radiants
double satcheling uses more key inputs, but it's also easier because you can bind a mouse button to satchel
I played against Stewie, Moe, Valens, and Leith in Premier and I wasn't able to do anything against them. In Val I've played against pros and it was not nearly as difficult.
Window to cat jump on Mirage is harder than anything movement related in Val. I'd bet that only 50% of lvl 10s can do this jump consistently.
After playing CS2 for the past few months, I’ve come to the conclusion that the game is much harder than Val.
In Val I was able to reach Immortal 3 by being a one trick Yoru.
In CS everyone is on equal footing, so the only way to separate yourself is by having better aim/mechanics/knowledge.
In CS you can have good aim, but if your spray control is bad, you will still lose the fight
In Val, you just need good aim to win the fight because spray control is not a thing
CS requires good movement, whereas in Val you don’t need to worry about counter strafing
In Val, your positioning and utility alone can win you rounds, but in CS you need aim, positioning and utility.
I thought CS2 would be easy since I was Imm 3, but I am hard stuck level 8 and need to improve my mechanics and knowledge to hit lvl 10.
I do pay for FaceIT Premium because the quality of games are much better. There is no 4-5 stacking, and the matches are more serious and balanced.
In Valorant, basically 30-40% of my games were just so troll in Immortal elo.
I'd start in Premier as a new player and try to reach 17-20K first. FaceIT is more serious, and your teammates will flame you a lot more. YouTube has a ton of great vids for improving at CS now.
No, but in NA about 25% of the players are Russian for some reason 😂
23K and Lvl 8/9 FaceIt with a 65% win rate. Will go for lvl 10 but need to improve a bit more.
I make sure to always add girls that I play with, because it's rare to find a girl in high elo CS. I've played about 300 Premier games and have added two girls.
I'm not. There's a lot less women that play CS in general, but the ones that do play are very pleasant. CS girls also seem to dislike Val a lot.
Actually I love the girls that I meet in CS2. They are much nicer and more chill than the "pick me" e-girls from Valorant, who are looking for Radiant e-boys. Also the CS girls tend to be freaky 😏
Both. I play Premier to practice for FaceIT
I was getting bored of Val and quit earlier this year, and now I feel much more satisfaction playing CS2. AMA!
I should mention that never hearing a Valorant accent again was worth it alone in quitting 😂
The playoffs just started for VCT Stage 1, so the numbers should increase throughout the playoffs.
Sen vs G2 was the grand finals...
Haven against EG. Should have played:
Nightz on Clove
Keznit on Iso
Rossy on Cypher
Perfect opportunity to run the OG Rankers comp. Would be an EZ win.
In the interview he said he was going to beat up Eggsterr in the next room 😂
He helped ENVY and Poppin because they were such a new team. I only see him leaving if another veteran joins
The fact that Flor is trying to be a moral compass and a judge of character is hilarious to me.
You reached low enough on the totem pole to find someone worse than you, and you decided to take your frustrations out on them. Let's take some responsibility and own up to our faults instead of shifting the blame.
Not saying I agree with SicK by any means, but his tweeted pic of Hitler vs Stalin sums this up perfectly 😂
I just saw this and Flor is a terrible person for throwing
Come to CS. It's better for us old folks here. Karrigan is 36 y/o
Also Val is a child game. After 22 you are too old to play Val.
Because in CS, the younger talents are seen as inexperienced. The most winning teams in CS are all very experienced, but in Val, an inexperienced team can still win (Nongshim).
Ropz is a CS pro on Vitality who was accused of cheating before he went pro. He had so many cheating accusations that he had to go to the FaceIT Headquarters and play on their setup to prove that he was legit. Now he is one of the best pros on the #1 CS team.
Recently there was an NA player named nocries, who also had to go to the FaceIT HQ to prove that he wasn't cheating. He will be playing with s1mple's team at the IEM qualifiers as a stand-in.
I wonder will there ever be a similar player in Val where everyone accuses them of cheating?
Chronically online loser, you have 9400 posts on this platform only spreading hate. If you hate so many things in this world at some point you must look inward. You hate yourself and the life you live so instead of sitting in that feeling you constantly project those feelings to the world and things around you. I know you haven’t made a single notable achievement in your life so you cannot begin to understand what it is like at the highest level of anything. Usually if you have no understanding of something the best way to proceed is to keep quiet

You see Cache is full of Radiation and that's how Radiants in Val are born
https://x.com/CounterStrike/status/2047747713438269704?s=20
Cache takes place in Chernobyl and it's coming back on the anniversary of Chernobyl, April 26...There's also a Geiger counter ticking at the end, which is the instrument used to detect radiation. This is crazy 😂
CS updates are hitting and Cache is coming back next week
It's very easy to remember lineups now with the nade preview in practice mode
CS doesn’t hardware ban you. He can only be hardware banned from FaceIt.
Also he is ass at CS2 right now.
Yes he has to swing or else Demon1 can spam both of them
Demon1 looks good and Eggsterr doesn’t look terrible
I had this happen to me after drinking a large McDonald's coffee every day. I changed to a small and the eye twitching went away.
if he does evade and gets caught, it has to be a permanent ban
not true he's friends with Flor
and becomes pro in the year he's banned in Val? That would be beyond epic 😂
I quit Val earlier this year and went back to CS
SEN was always going to fail with TenZ on Jett
It's funny you say this because I think the exact opposite. I just quit Val for CS because I found Val to be so boring.
Val feels so slow compared to CS.
In CS I find the gunplay and movement to be so much more rewarding. Hitting a skill jump like the Mirage window to cat is just so satisfying.
It's a double edged sword because there's a large contingency of Val enjoyers that also hate Sinatraa
I feel that I can speak to this since I quit Val a few months ago, and I play CS2 as my main game now:
1) CS2 is a lot more polished now than it was two-three years ago when it first came out. The game feels much closer to CSGO, and with the new animgraph2 update coming soon, it should feel and play even better than it currently does.
2) CS2 eSports was already popular, but with the game becoming more polished the pro scene will also be more exciting to watch
3) I've been Immortal in Val every Act, but I just got bored of the game. Too many agents, too many meta changes, it started to become too chaotic and tiresome to keep up with all the changes. Not to mention the hidden MMR bullshit that they have in Ranked, and the fact that they reset your rank every few months makes it tedious to have to climb again.
From a gameplay perspective, Val feels so slow compared to the faster gameplay in CS2. This makes CS2 more exciting for me to play.
When I play CS2 ranked, I feel like I'm making progress, and I'm constantly trying to improve as a player.
When I played Valorant Ranked, I felt like I was a hamster in a wheel. You can try to improve as a player, but there's always external factors that make improving not matter in Val. For example: agents, trolls, or some other random bullshit that happens in the game.
CS2 just feels like the better game for me to play right now. I'm also getting older though and Val feels like it's for children/teens.
Yeah but the OP said that the Twitch viewers for Val have declined since two years ago, so regardless of Asia, Val has lost viewers on Twitch.
