now, John needs to be the tactical leader AND the "dad", and who got in? no one that fulfilled whats missing

They arent bad, they are just not filling the holes left by the previous members, but your simple minds only gave a shit about ingame aiming, Zekken,Zellsis AND Kaplan have already talked about how essential Sacy was to the structuring of tactics, and Sacy himself mentioned how great Tenz was at playmaking.
