pancada didnt show up in 2023 bc he was asked to play on a different role? He was on a complete different team back in 21 and Mako has been playing on the exact same team since then

pancada didnt show up in 2023 because he lost his spot. He still played astra occasionally but losing your main role to sacy in the beginning, and marved coming in to play smokes? no excuse for his 2023. + he couldn't get comfortable during the whole harbor/viper meta too.

winning trophy doesnt make you the goat you idiot, especially if you fall off after. Its about the consistency year in and year out mako had while every other controller he faced at some point fell off or dipped drastically in performance. Mako will win a trophy one day its a matter of when.

in what way does playing with a team full of rookies helps him perform? That is some terrible logic right there. Mindfreak playing with the same core should be helping him. Not mako playing with constant roster changes. Have you ever played a game of valorant or just any sports lmao, playing with rookies barely ever help, they are young and inexperienced. The only reason mako has a dip in performance is cuz hes dealing with rookies and having to igl sometimes.

players perform better when surrounded by experienced peers compared to rookies. "he better frag out because he is with rookies" doesn't make sense. Look at Karon, he mentioned that Munchkin taught him a lot and other experienced players helped him on big stages. MF has been playing with the same 4 players since 2022, its obvious he will frag out from time to time, surrounded by players that are used to each other.
