Rules for Tier Lists

Rule #1: There cannot be more than 8 teams in S tier; only 2 teams qualify to masters per region, so any team that can't qualify to a masters is not S tier.

Rule #2: There cannot be more than 2 teams from the same region in S tier; only 2 teams qualify to masters per region, so one of the 3 is bound to not make a masters--and is therefore not S tier.

Rule #3: There must be an equal amount of teams both above C tier as below it; means mid teams are actually mid and not just bad

Is for rule 3 at and above or at and below, or is C tier just not counted in it

my mid tier is B

but i agree heavily with rule 1. S tier should be like 4-6 teams max, id only put 1-2 S tier teams tbh

When I make my lists I try and aim for 5 teams in S
Rule 2 kinda goes with that

only thing I would change on this list between then and now is to put Trace C tier

Rule 1 and 2 are fine but rule 3 isn't fair because it forces people to put more teams in lower tiers even if they don't deserve it, or vice versa. Also why are we making rules for tier lists?

#3 should include C tier as part of the half, its the only way this really makes sense
