pretty sure someone just pulled this out of their ass, but what's the likelihood of this team working out?
I can't explain it because personally I don't understand why this happens
But in a competitive setting women seem far more eager to hate each other, like to the point they can't work together
Of course this isn't set in stone, it will depend on Potter's sorority, her friendliness towards other women in her space
I say this as a dude that works In a Vet Clinic
The women here HATE each other, like, frfr
It's almost like they have a "on-sight" switch
[3] Yeah she does seem very chill
[2] I understand that point, but playing with is different than coaching, as the coach usually you are the one "with power" over the team, and that can blow up a lot of ways, we already see that in the Main scene, there are dudes with unfathomable egos.
There is also the "behind closed doors" monster where Potter could be an awful person, but I hope that's not the case.
[1] Well I think that's cuz they're the minority right? There is comraderie in being the outsiders, but then again your og point does make more sense for the situation considering the team would be mixed. Anyhow I think the 2 main interpersonal factors would basically boil down to neither Potter nor Flor being "pick me" girls ya know?
That is, ignoring all of the male variables to how that team could fail
(misogyny,misandry,one-sided interests, public image paranoia, etc etc(
In the case she doesn't perform well, we can't afford to have her break confidence at that scale - could you imagine all of the fl0rescent threads
I want her to succeed, but a slower consistent ascension through tier 2 would be better for her as well as for all women and marginalized genders trying to expand from GC league
