I know. Insane idea, but hear me out.

The initial EG roster primarily aimed to help the growing GC scene through a co-ed roster. However, don’t take this as pandering to the marginalized community. This was a good experiment and an effort to bridge the gap between co-ed communities, regardless of how it turned out.
There’s been debate whether or not that Flor is good enough for Tier 2, let alone tier 2, but i believe she deserves a tryout at the very least. If she is good enough, then she should have tryouts without any issue. If she isn’t, she tried, therefore there will be chances to improve and get better.
Under good coaching and a good system, any player can become superstars, and fit comfortably into a role. Case in point: Demon1, c0m, Karon, even TenZ as a controller player. Potter has shown that she has the capability to create a good system and turn players into superstars.

Take Flor for her skill, not her gender. If gender is the end-all be-all, then the GC scene wouldn’t have existed.

I have never said that she is a bad player. People talk about her as if she is Tenz level of talent, yet she has some troubles at low competition. t2 is literally built for her to improve there.

"Under good coaching and a good system, any player can become superstars" after this logic u wouldnt be scouting players anymore but only coaches bcs u could put any human beeing under the coach and will somehow create him into a Derke, this logic is fucked and there are so many insane T2 duelists in NA and ALSO T3 or Collegiate players who earned the spot in the highest league even more (for example Wely or Sonofcar are insane and T3(???)) just take the most hardworking and most talented players like they did w Demon1 and they will be fine, maybe even make an international (would love to see a new Potter roster going Champs)

Ok gang, the plan is simple, build a roster around Boaster and Dicey

Firstly, Boaster, will be the star duelist, with a little bit of training and "good system" he will become the best duelist in the world in no time

Then, put Dicey on Chamber every single map, if he makes the effort and with a little help from the coach, he will dominate the server and make Chamber meta again

W Rage Bait, I said this 3 months ago. she aint going to t1 or t2 unless its a bag and it makes sense, would you give up a job making like 100-250k a year when eg will only pay the minimum and they stink lets be real or SaD esports paying 800 a month. some player farming gc isnt going to change anything. SR's gameplan is flor go kill. when that doesnt go well, you can see THEY STINK. go farm t2 for a year and if u are good after that year then we talk. if not to me she aint t1 ready.

She doesnt do media. Find me a t1/t2 player that doesnt do media. Go through SR's social media there is no pics of flor. Why does she get special treatment? She can do so much more for the trans community yet does nothing.
