or am i being too harsh on poor kap
“we’re running this comp because everyone else is winning with it” from a head coach does not really inspire confidence
especially if the said comp does not fit your players

You and jihyeok are wilding bro 😭. Can't believe you guys are unironically supporting blg
I'm always rooting for the underdogs bro
can't support Fnatic against BLG
going from the things he has said, SEN just can't execute his plans for shit, also johnqt is kinda creeping up on the fraud watch
how do you feel about SEN sliggy
he did say he was looking to coach next season
As soon as you said that I got an image of ENGH, Sliggy, and ZEISH in my head. Would never happen but boy, would it be a stacked coaching staff.
don't think he's gonna be moving regions, he has family in Europe
and a lot of opportunities too, teams are gonna be pursuing him for sure
if the coach swap really is needed, SEN should take a look at Bonkar imo
he's on the same level as kaplan if not lower imo, kaplan's personality fits SEN better tho
he isn't but there have been some very sus pre-rounds and set-ups the last couple months and i'm guessing he's been the one calling them
k0pl0n was already on fraudwatch when they didn't make Shanghai
#FPXWIN
If I was kaplan I'd try to play to my player's strengths. I'm talking Raze Breach Fade Omen KJ/Cypher
i'd run sova still, recon gaps eye on ascent
i'd consider neon if its breach too, jett is good for op but zekken isn't a great OPer
sen is so map dependent i think, their split is so amazing and strong tactically but on other maps they have no clue what to pull out
it's not even comp sen looked so bad as a team they were so lost taking 1v1 no trade and tf was that throw on round 1 haven
im pretty sure he just didn't want to go into the intricacies of what makes the comp good lol
lots of ppl are poking at him saying this but i think it's just being facetious after a loss
I wouldn't say fraud watch, but he definitely has a bad read on the meta right now. He's shown he can have a good one so he'll hopefully be better next season
I think the major issue is they just had the wrong read on the meta. Viper was still a valuable agent that they abandoned too early and they haven't even used Zekken's Neon despite supposedly wanting to bring out multiple comps to be less readable/throw opponents off guard, which was what I think Kaplan focused a lot on after seeing how hard they got antistrated in Split 1.
Deadlock is actually kinda good imo, but SEN's execution of the agent and comp is so bad. Would have been better for them to look to develop and use it further in the off season rather than champs tbh, when they played normal comps in Stage 2 they were winning.
Also tbf he's had to deal with half his team being ill or going through personal issues during practice and matches toward the end of Split 2.
Lowkey I just think they played bad. Saw comments about john, from what I saw he played great. We gotta remember this is GEN G theyre playing against. (I have them losing next match too tho.)
doesn’t feel like a kaplan issue at all to me. feels more like a player issue
I thought he was a fraud since last year.
No way you get such a good team and fumble the season SO HARD.
Sen never look like they know what their supposed to be doing.
if i see one more time where kaplan takes a time out to say
"guys, we are not having fun out there."
I will do unspeakable things
i think they need another cook in the kitchen alongside kaplan and put drewspark into his original analyst position
he is indeed, pulling an upset and a good match in the last 4 months its big time fraud
