There are a few exaggerated things, and honestly, he tried to say it in a comic way to give show and entertainment (the meme with bonkar in the Spanish community comes from long ago, the #Bonkar2Iceland was one of the biggest memes the community has had).

Anyway, I wouldn't consider it misinformation. The idea of the message is that one, and he said what he said... So yes, the only justification I can find is the context, and maybe that the Bonkar part is not wrong, but the rest hard disagree.
