- All stuns now decrease bullet accuracy and slow more than before.
- Reyna has been permenantly removed from competative and unrated queues and can only be played in spike rush and replication. Reyna can also be a randomly assigned character in modes such as deathmatch.
- Both Deadlock's and Sage's roles have been changed to Controller.

The aim of this patch was to reduce the difference between agents in all roles and attempt to make agents viable in at least some cases. If an agent was not included in this list, it was deemed that they were either close enough to balanced or a lost cause. I took inspiration from a variety of souces, such as analyst videos, recent T1 valorant VODs and the general community consensus in ranked. These changes are probably heavily overtuned and i do not expect riot to make any more changes until after masters 1.
