General Changes:

  • All stuns now decrease bullet accuracy and slow more than before.
  • Reyna has been permenantly removed from competative and unrated queues and can only be played in spike rush and replication. Reyna can also be a randomly assigned character in modes such as deathmatch.
  • Both Deadlock's and Sage's roles have been changed to Controller.

Agent Changes:

Viper

  • Poison Cloud (Q)
    once thrown cannot be retrieved during round and will stay in place for the duration of said round. It can be picked up and replaced in the buy phase.
  • Snake Bite (C)
    duration 5.5s -> 4s
    dps 12.5 -> 8

Raze

  • Fixed a bug where a Blast Pack (Q) deployed immediately after activating her Showstopper (X) would decrease ther pullout time.
  • The knockback from Blast Packs (Q) now only affect the user.

Cypher

  • Cyber Cage (Q)
    duration 7.25s -> 6s

Brimstone

  • Stim Beacon (C)
    duration 12s -> 9.25s
    charge count 1 -> 2

Astra

  • Gravity Well (C)
    windup time 2s -> 1s
  • Cosmic Divide (X + RMB)
    ultimate point charge requirement 7 -> 6

Skye

  • Guiding Light (E) can now be recharged
    recharge time N/A -> 60s

Phoenix

  • Blaze (C)
    Cost 150 -> 100
  • Curveball (Q)
    flash duration 1.5s -> 1.75s
  • Hot Hands (E) is no longer range limited and will travel freely under gravity until it reaches its destination
    duration 3.25s -> 5s
  • Run it Back (X) now grants a 15% speed boost to the user
    duration 10s -> 12.5s

Fade

  • Prowler (C)
    Cost 250 -> 200
  • Haunt (E)
    Recharge time 40s -> 27.5s

Sage (Sentinel -> Controller)

  • Barrier Orb (C)
    Fortification time 3.3s -> 2.75s
  • Slow Orb (Q)
    Cost 200 -> 150
  • Healing Orb (E)
    Self heal 30hp -> 60hp
    Recharge timer 45s -> 30s

Deadlock (Sentinel -> Controller)

  • Gravnet (C)
    Charges 1 -> 2
    Cost 200 -> 150
  • Sonic Sensor (Q)
    Activation time after triggered halved.

The aim of this patch was to reduce the difference between agents in all roles and attempt to make agents viable in at least some cases. If an agent was not included in this list, it was deemed that they were either close enough to balanced or a lost cause. I took inspiration from a variety of souces, such as analyst videos, recent T1 valorant VODs and the general community consensus in ranked. These changes are probably heavily overtuned and i do not expect riot to make any more changes until after masters 1.

the deadlock + sage change doesn't really do shit, controller = smoker and you can just start randomly throwing sentinels in there. raze changes don't really make sense and viper definitely doesn't need a nerf, and I hope the Reyna change is a joke because there's no way you believe that Reyna should be barred

No matter how many nerfs she gets she’ll remain powerful bc of her design. Just designed as a lurker you can’t change that. Similar to Jett who’s still the best duelist rn

Its not her lurking ability rather her stopping power, probably the best in the game allowing her to pretty much cover every chokepoint in the map. She's the whole reason the double controller meta is a thing and has become a staple in pretty much every map but ascent. Definitely needs a nerf to her molies and perhaps the depletion of her fuel.
