If he actually is the 6th, from a career perspective he should just leave to any other team. MIBR would be very happy to have someone like him.
I know he probably makes a lot of money and is in a comfort zone, but it's such a waste for a great player like him to stay as 6th.

tbh i think it might be best for pancada to potentially leave, I feel like they gain a lot from zellsis in the vibes area even tho pancada might be a better controller and if zellsis just gels better then that's what works

This is a time I wish this was like real sports and you could trade players.

Pancada is somehow still wildly overrated and he would fetch a good price on the market. Could probably trade him for someone pretty valuable.

There's quite literally no reason for you to say "70% chance he remains mediocre" he's played 2 series in the last 6 months with an actual IGL, which were both against T2 teams, as I've said before the whole team last season was entirely overrated, but for some reason the blame has fallen squarely on Pancada's shoulders, when people somehow forget he had to completely change roles and play a completely different style of game, while still managing to maintain a certain level of consistency
