He is playing off roles. He isn't gonna win unfavorable aim duels but on kayO that's exactly what you have to do. Break timings and ruin opponents angle setups with flashes. He's better on senti type agents that can just hold and find timings cz he's a pretty smart player to find good lurks and has good awareness.

Aim routine isn't gonna help him. Look at boaster, he did aimlabs everyday last year. Aimlabs is for teenagers and Zellsis aim isn't bad.

TenZ literally chose the worst time to retire and I said this in another post. People around him who enabled this to happen should be put in a Jail. SEN finally had a fully balanced, all around team in a long fkin time.

Reduxx is a much better player overall and he has shown that he can adapt. I haven't seen him play initiator yet but I am pretty sure he would be better than s0cy. If I was the coach I would definitely replace sacy with reduxx if I have like 1 month time with him in between stages. Then you have weekly matches so there's room for improvement as well. No point playing with a bot who would cost you crucial games
