Introducing the Valorant Recognition Awards!!

Since we have an extremely long off-season I figured it could be fun to do an awards-type post once a week. The idea here is to make a bunch of different unique awards and then have the community vote on them so that it's a community decision. I'll be posting this to both VLR and the subreddit to get maximum votes.

The awards:
I want you guys to make suggestions for more awards but here is what I got so far:

• Most improved player/team
• Rookie of the Year
• Most hype player of the Year
• Org of the Year
• Caster of the Year
• Coach of the Year
• Valorant Content Creator of the Year(Must be related to VCT)
• Meta Innovators of the Year
• Best Tier 2 Prospect
• Best oper
• Best shotgunner

If people don't like any of these I'm totally up for criticism and I can remove some. The plan is to make separate posts for each of these rewards throughout the off-season and see the results. The way I'll do it is by making a posting asking for nominations and then 24 hours later I will make another post with the voting options, a brief description of them, and a link to the vote. Everyone will have 24 hours to vote. The day after I will post the results. I really want you guys to have input on this, I'm gonna read every comment so if you have something to say about it you should say it.

Notes:

• I'll be using Google forms
• 6 people will be nominated per award with 2 from each region(China is part of Pacific)
• Ideally, there won't be 2 nominees from the same team on one vote
• I plan on starting tomorrow with the Most Improved Player
• I'll be referring to the Valorant Recognition Awards as VRA

Coach of the year: Potter

Content Creator of the year: Tarik

Meta Innovators of the year: LOUD

Tier 2 deserves into tier 1: eeiu

Tier 2 player who deserves to be in tier 1 most(need a better name)

Hype: Kang Kang(still cant get over the miming of shooting the op)
Org: Blitz

Content: no idea, tarik? idk tho
Innovate: PRX
Tier 2 prospect: OXY(if it can be anyone in tier two, eeiu)
Oper: Kang Kang or Derke

Suggested awards:
Biggest suprise run: PRX at tokyo with a sub
Flukest run: NAVI at Lock In
Best igl: i have no idea =/
Biggest fail(org or player): NRG losing 0-4 to billybilly
Failed expectation the most(org or player): ngl, something at champions, didn't really play all that well when not on reyna
