No, and even if that was a rumour, it's not believable, Xeta played 1 and half year with c9 in english and no one has ever said anything about xeta, on the other hand everyone has praised him.
They switch cause T1 is a legendary Korean org and all koreans aspire to represent them (they also knew t1 was gonna be franchise in Korea)

Recency bias has nothing to do with it. Vanity has never looked close to as good as Boostio has been this past event. The question is prime for prime. This being a fluke would still clear Vanity's prime. Even if you feel the IGL gap is there, the gap between Boostio and Vanity individually speaking is much wider than the IGL gap.
And he's carried that form into this year when Chamber is a dead agent. The answer is literally just Boostio until Vanity has some godlike resurgence and somehow surpasses how good Boostio has been.

Boostio: calling and ult coordination literally wins them maps, can actually shoot, loves to run it down (see Lotus WF against Fnatic)
Definitely Boostio. Throws rounds by inting but will also randomly pick up 3 for no good reason, so it balances out. That leaves just who calls better, which is easily Boostio based on their recent performance on LAN. Even Vanity peak vs current Boostio I’d still give to Boostio, but Potter’s 5Head plays a role in that
