Welcome @ansansniper__ to T1 VALORANT!

ANS joined the reigning champion Shock team before the 2020 Overwatch League season as a rookie in the league despite previous experience competing in Overwatch for years prior. He instantly dazzled on the game's main sniper hero, Widowmaker, as well as other hitscan characters, and became a key part of the team's championship run in 2020 before he retired at the end of the season.

He is the second Korean sniping specialist to join T1 after last competing in Overwatch. The team signed Ha "Sayaplayer" Jeong-woo (하정우), then known as Sayaplayer in Overwatch, last fall after he retired from the Overwatch League.

Like Spyder, ANS joins T1 as a player with previous experience playing on rosters with both Korean and western players. There was almost always at least one American playing alongside ANS at any given time and he was based in the United States along with his teammates. ANS, however, has never played on a team with Spyder or anyone else currently on T1.

ANS has never competed on a Valorant team before joining T1. His experience in the game has largely been limited to competitive matchmaking.

T1 will have some time to integrate ANS into the roster. They currently have no matches on their upcoming schedule.
