potter moves to Head Coach role in Evil Geniuses

Evil Geniuses Evil Geniuses North America Unranked Derrek Derrek Ha NaturE Nicholas Garrison supamen Phat Le icy Jacob Lange yay Jaccob Whiteaker have announced their team captain Christine "potter" Chi has transitioned to the role of Head Coach within their Valorant roster, ending her time as a player for the organization after nearly eight months.

The Evil Geniuses roster formed in early January 2021, with potter as the captain of the roster. With potter's departure, the roster is a far cry from the original iteration that entered the Valorant scene, with Nolan "Temperature" Pepper now the only remaining member from the first EG roster.

With potter assuming the role of Head Coach, Jimmy "LiN" Lin will move down to the role of Assistant Coach.

The organization have also formally announced that the team are competing with Kelden "Boostio" Pupello as a stand-in. The former Spacestation player was seen competing with the team in the NSG Summer Championship, which EG are currently in the playoffs of.

I credit EG for trying to make a mixed team, but when it comes to skill she just wasn't anywhere NEAR good enough to hang with the competition. Maybe next time don't put an average player in the team just to try push the agenda of equality...

there's maybe 4-6 women in all of val/csgo that could maybe make it in a top team(sorry it's true). i used to play against sk girls way back in 1.6(the best girls team at the time. they had a mtv documentary about them) and my shitty cal-im team would beat them regularly. ali was good but they just are not on the same level as actual top level teams.
