Actually "updates" on rules made this game boring. Football used to be much more of a contact sport. Now it's everybody diving and delaying time :/
I hope rumors about FIFA testing new rules(30 min times) with the time actually pauses in sync with referee's watches.

Im not saying its entierly replaced but its not that mandatory especially every round. So having Jett who can both entry and cut rotations due to advanced spot with op is a win/win situation.

posted about 2 years ago

yeah seems like I misspelled "random paid streamers"

When orgless stack of friends destroying professional team in open quals its the opposite of too competitive.

"Duelist go entry" is a thing for ranked games. On pro scene there is much more utility involved to the point where u dont need entry at all since defence is forced to play retake or from disadvantage.
And updraft+dash with op in off timing is also a space creation

Chronicle switching roles left and right and still one of the most consistent players in the world. Switching roles on its own isnt a problem. But it have to be done with propper amount of practice and synergy. And TL looks like they make their comps on the fly.

posted about 2 years ago

Why not both on some maps? Especially Breeze.
And Jett is still much better OP on attack sides since she can break timings and take positions unavailable for any other agent.

Flex players taking more and more appreciation with the growth of the game and pro scene. Switching roles isnt the problem. The problem is Liquid comps is very questionable even in the games they won. They are insane players but it seems like their preparations not as good as other teams.

sounds like Jett main from the bottom of scoreboard to me /j What ppl actually meant that Scream can't play Jett operator which is seems instrumental in current(and past) meta.

Everyone blame FPX but reality is B1SK is smurfing

Groove? Gambit val and cs are at the top and guy actually coaching cs squad while being a CEO. Not to mention that he also coached gambit LoL back in early days. Arguably one of the most impactful teams at how the game is played to this day.

Deserved. I'm still heartbroken

Sen would be remembered just because they are very active in media. Unrelated. They not sucks but top3 this year at best in terms of skill and important results.

Whoever wins today. Not only because it's biggest tournament and season closure, but because competition is constantly growing. If u look back at previous tournaments even masters 3 you'll see how meta improved. How teams showing more and more starts and agents mastery. So many players now have flexibility in their agents pool.

Incredible tournament by kru. Only respect for them. Insane team. Can't wait for 2022 kru improving even more.

I believe he hired smm person for it. And yes his Twitter is kinda cringe. He needs someone better for the job

I know this argument is controversial but I think nats is focused too much on his personal brand. All this solo/duo grind on streams diminished his ability to play with team. I'm hope he is just having off tournament tho

posted about 3 years ago

Chronicle is the only gambit player who didn't lost his form from masters. With nats dropped the most. That's just sad. I hope they find their gambit magic like they did at masters quals

Well sentinels themselves wanted to be the "villain" of Valorant which is fine. So they got their reaction as expected. Minus bullying and death threats - no one deserves those.

These posts gets dumber everytime somehow

As a gambit fan nah they can lose. Gambit ain't looking as strong as masters 3. I hope they show their A game today.

Off days happens. No need to blame anyone. Top 4 result is amazing.

On that I agree with you

Double elim is boring. But I would definitely watch bo5 playoffs in Valorant. Games are much shorter than cs

posted about 3 years ago

Nah all good. Everyone can have a bad day and great day. Liquid is still solid team it's just level of competition is really high. Anyone can beat anyone at this stage.

Bo3 groups and bo5 playoffs

posted about 3 years ago

I think bo5 playoffs would be better in the future. Because indeed in Valorant mistakes much more costly. And games are actually not that long for players to become exhausted even with OTs every map.

He was spotted and astra's abilities need time to be placed and cast. As soon they would hear ult or see star on the floor he would be dead

I hope not. This is so one-sided rn.

It's most eSports communities for you. Toxic af. I guess it's something to do with target audience being both highly competitive and immature.

posted about 3 years ago

I didn't think that TL wins this 100℅ In fact I expected it to be 50/50 round for round. This is so disappointing to watch rn.

Write comments. Get up votes. Pretty obvious stuff really.

Streaming isn't a bad thing on its own. It's just you need completely different set of skills to play with your team. That's why most of pro players trying to practice as much as they can with their team before and during the events. And that's leave little to no time for streaming.

Nah na scene died from natural causes. Val just accepted refugees.

It's 100hp heal for everyone. Mean potential 4x99hp=396, while sage is 3x60=180 per round. Even if you count sage ult as 100hp heal, skye can heal more per round, and much faster

If u look at Carlos you can imidietely tell he is trolling plus he is actually fun. Sen players... Well I think they should stick to on stage trolling. Cause their Twitts most of the time looks like pathetic excuse for trolling honestly.

posted about 3 years ago

Raze now isn't really meta just because most of the team comps have to include skye(strongest overall agent rn), Jett(because operator is a huge factor), viper and astra(because they proved to be crucial almost in every map) so we have one slot for sova/cypher/sage/raze etc.
exceptions rn is breeze, where teams not using astra, icebox where skye is kinda useless and ascent where teams not using viper. Not many room for raze or even sage since sova is kinda obvious choice for every map except split where cypher taking his place

Edit: I would love to see changes at champions btw because stable meta is boring.

800dpi and 0.48 but if feel like I need to go higher because for majority of my time playing games past 20+ years I've used really tiny mousepads. Thus even now when I got proper huge mousepad I don't use it whole surface. So I can't perform 180 turns without placing my hand in uncomfortable position even if my mousepad allow it :/

Chose one sense and stick to it for couple months. It is all preference anyway. Apart of extreme fast or slow

Berlin because how much more developed meta and teams are.
