4 teams in playoffs are the 4 KR teams
3 teams in playoffs are 3/4 China Teams
1 EU
Holy Chinese ans Korean dominance
Yeah because in CS it's mostly EU that plays the game, it's pretty much dead in NA and Asia as everyone plays Valorant there instead. Asia in general just never played CSGO ever.
League of Legends is still insanely popular around the world, it's the most popular PC game itw, and Korea has less players than NA and EUW while still being a top region. EU/NA could be just as good as CN/KR, they just don't have the work ethic or crazy mentality the top teams have. That's the difference. League isn't dominated by KR/CN because no other region plays the game, it's dominated because CN/KR are just straight up better. CS is dominated because only one region really plays.
Honestly your saying this without research. ofc i have to agree that val skill ceiling is lower allowing for more pros to come in. But Korea has never invested a significant amount of time in CS:GO compared to the investment they do for League and Overwatch (or used to for OW). Koreans rarely own their own PCs so often rely on the PC cafes around to get most of their gaming done and shit. But CS:GO and Steam in general weren't compatible in the korean pc cafes so most koreans didn't bother to download and grind it. Ofc Korea did dabble in profession CS:GO with MVP PK. Of course they never had success bc Korea didn't invest as much. Than MVP PK roster retired from pro CS:GO to pro val and the roster became Vision Strikers in which they proceeded to bitchslap the entirety of Korean val for the first year until Nuturn and F4Q came around and bitch slapped them back. Then visionstriker became DRX. anyways the whole point is that Korea never put much time into CS:GO and couldn't do anything because they virtually couldn't.

That was back in 1.6, against the cores of teams that would win Majors in CSGO.
and CSGO wasn't even really available in Korea, no PC bang had it.
As for "Asians are not cut out for FPS" - what's the most dominant region in Overwatch? What region won PUBG Global Invitational in 2018?
More recently, which team went 4-0 against FPX at Champions 2022? lmao
Would you agree if I said
"Russians are not cut out for MOBA. You tried playing it, multiple times, you failed. Even if CIS went full grind mode in LoL, we'd still be better."?
I wouldn't. Easily, anyway.
I never said Asia isn't dead in CSGO. I just said that competition is spread amongst EU, CIS, NA, LATAM and Brazil.
Fact is that NA/BR VS EU games in CSGO are actually close whereas KR/CN VS West games in LoL aren't even close. You always know who is going to win. I personally haven't watched a Worlds playoff game in years because it's not interesting watching which koreans are gonna win it. At least in CS you also have interregional rivalry between EU countries. France Vs Sweden Vs Denmark Vs Russia Vs Poland.
In Dota (dead game) you still have ALL regions actually fighting. EU, CIS, NA, SA, SEA, China all have good teams. TI is actually more interesting because it's the only even where you are not 99% sure who is going to win it.
LoL is the worse e-sport to watch in the world, you already know that who's gonna win will be a Korean or Chinese team, you Just don't know which of them gonna be yet.
Valorant is the best bc you don't know who's gonna be the Champion before a tournament, can be APAC, can be NA, can be Japan, can be EU, and even South America.
Principally now, that all the teams changed.
