Best tier 2/3 players in Valorant

Players like Monsteerr, al0rante, Keloqz, dimasick, derke, Magnum, zekken and truo were all from tier 2/3 teams and now are stars for their respective teams. So who are some tier 2/3 unsigned stars that could become stars on tier 1 teams if they need to pick up a player. From NA, you got some tier 2/3 stars like seven, virtyy, Meeeeester Juan, johnqt but I'm sure there's plenty more that idk about and I definitely don't know many from EU other than H1ber, avez and Twisten. Also do you think the approach of signing these tier 2/3 stars is a better approach than signing proven tier 1 players that got dropped/their team disbanded?

I mean something wrong with that? I started watching competitive valorant after Derrek swapped over to become a pro valorant player. Overwatch has some really good players as well so I mean nothing wrong with it…

new talent will always eventually beat out the old, so yes, but in most cases it depends what type of disband/drop it was for the t1 player and their team

honestly I was just trying to think of NA players who match the description but with NA many of the players teams got were either at the start of the game or switched over from Overwatch or CS. Truo was a recent addition and he played well in the last Challengers even though IMT lost.

Nah, Truo is good imo. The reason IMT have been doing bad lately is not bc truo is bad, I think they have a role problem. I dont think putting JonahP on sentinel is the smartest move when they can put Kehm on that role, JonahP is a sova main, Kehm is a sentinel/jett main. I feel like IMT roster should be:
Kehm - Sentinel
JonahP - Sova
Truo - Jett
Genghsta / rossy - smokes
Shot_Up - Duelist
imo Genghsta or rossy has to go, the problem with rossy going is who is gonna IGL.

(ex-)C9 Katie is actually insane (pun inteded), she could easily be a star fragger for the right Tier 1 team, such a shame she fucked up the way she did. And, it's been a while since i've seen him play, but I remember being really impressed by Andersin the Slimey Boogerman days, if he's still on that level, he could go Tier 1 for sure.

really glad for him and from what i've seen, i feel like Dark Zero is slowly climbing up to the top 20. if they get a good showing on Challengers 2, i can easily see these players getting signed to bigger orgs

I think some of the players on EZ5 like Dcop, Kanpeki and some members of Squirtle Squad can grab some t1 teams in the upcoming months. We'll definitely see some big changes from teams after Berlin or even the challengers playoffs. The teams that do not have a chance of making it into LCQ, Champions or Berlin will be the teams that make the most changes in my opinion.
