V1's best map statistically is icebox but most of the wins are against tier 2 teams and their ascent isn't bad. I watched 100t game against noble and I don't think 100t's ascent is not that good with minimal default in their attack and I think V1 could handle it.

Gonna be a banger of a match, both teams can take it. If 100T plays like the talent suggest they should be able to play, they should be able to beat V1 with a sub. But I guess at this point V1 with a sub is normal lol. But if 100T is just gonna be Asuna carry like we see a bit too often out of 100T lately, V1 takes it.

Personally as a big fan of Penny, he seemed not in his Iceland form in the open qualifications, not bad but he has played much better. But if he can show up like he does often that is huge for V1.

I don't have a team in this race so all I am hopping for it a good match. Part of me is hoping to see 100T at Iceland though, so I hope they do well.

All of you are underrating V1. They rolled through everyone except SEN in Challengers Finals, then went to Iceland with a sub and beat Liquid. They absolutely are the second best team in NA right now, especially since C9 don't look too good. 100T has a lot of fans hyping them up, but they have not looked particularly good in a while now. In 2021 they haven't even beaten a top 4-5 team once, apart from one game against NV where Victor team flashed as Skye. I'll go with V1 2-0; maybe 100T can take a map, but I just can't see how they win this.

I'll happily be wrong. 100T have incredible firepower and Asuna is as always cracked, but on a macro-game and fundamentally they played a lot better than their previous showings. Dunno what has happened to Nitro since Ethan joined. Nitro was consistently playing as 100T best player, Ethan arrives and he drops off a cliff (Look at the stats, it's night and day almost). Obviously roles play a factor. But I think if 100T get Nitro to play even 90% of what he was earlier 100T can be a very scary team.

if hiko doesnt entry as sova then everyone calls him a baiter. if he doesnt get kills then hes a boomer and needs to be removed. if he gets kills then he baited his team and got lucky. if he plays sova people call him a 1 trick, unflexable and a liability to the team. if he plays viper or breach then hes not good and "should go back to sova". how does hiko win?
