According to this page Riot is studying rebuilding VCT Americas with LoL LTA model after 2026. Some Orgs are already preparing and getting contact from Riot about the possibility, and other big orgs that are not in the game yet are studying the possibility of entering it. Fixed franchised teams + Open spots for Tier 2 but no info about number of teams

This is a great move tho, more talent can be showcased in T1 and more orgs can come into T1. We could see Optic, Faze, TSM, Flyquest, and others back in NA T1
