genuinely, no offense, but i dont see why people are saying bangkok will be boring
g2 looks like possibly the best team itw
vit has crazy aimers who arent scared to pull risky strats
sen, despite the fans, are actually really fun to watch (when they arent throwing)

liquid could pull of some crazy upsets if its the right day
sure, the pacific teams are a bit boring without prx w gaming, but i dont think the current state of geng and th would really add anything to bangkok

So? i get it might not have the same amount of hype as 12 or 16, but thats exactly the point: its different
if masters 1 and 2 were both 12 team with same format, it would be pretty much the same teams and the same matches (except americas, we inconsistant as fuck)
plus if anything it just means a higher percentage of banger matches

PRX is simply ass they will be lucky to make any international this year. TH might scrape into Toronto and Champs but its hard to see them doing anything. GEN looks good tho but I still think they need a bit more time integrating Foxy9, TH and PRX have had plenty of time and that hasn't done much for them.

The only teams that have won a prior trophy at this event are SEN and EDG. 6/8 teams are still looking for their first ever international trophy win. Is that not exciting?
