It was the other way around for me. I kinda knew her util was good since the beginning, but every pro team that used her kinda play mid. So idk, doesnt meet my expectation tbh

The real reason she is the best sentinel right now is because she is a pseudo initiator. She's basically skye 2.0, except her flash can be shot just like the original skye flash could.

Honestly, this agent should be a god send for PRX. You basically have sky flashes again with addition of a wall that can be used for passive info and util that's very good for fighting executes/retakes

her actual sentinel util is anti-meta to the util-dump executes that have been meta until now, and she basically has the old skye flash

no videos but its basically cause:

she can be used to take space better than a deadlock/kj/cypher during your defaults with vines/flash,
can be used to exec better than deadlock/kj/cypher cause she has a flash that gives info and vines to stop players flooding/exiting sites, and
shes better in postplant because she has vines and a rechargeable flash that can stall better than deadlock/kj/cypher utility

all while you still have a trip.

her flash also functions like an if/elif piece of utility, meaning that when you use it, itll gather info in that area, and then inform you on whether or not you need to use more util there or can save it. basically functioning like a skye flash/fade recon/sova recon/cypher cam. these pieces of utility are really good for using other pieces of utility more efficiently

yeah it seems like her vines are more multi functional then a deadlock net or kj nade making it more versatile which I guess I haven't thought of before thank you for your insight

Vyse util can't be broken like cypher and kj. The flash lets you take advantage fights even when ur alone. The wall just hard diffs teams that don't default and break it every round, plus you can just place it in cringe kill spots on site instead of in chokes if they start breaking ur wall. Ult is also rly good.

Essentially she provides great sentinel value while also preventing the traditional counter play measures that T1 teams have developed for sentinels.

Might need a nerf so that Vyse is in more of a "not as OP but less counter-able" style of sentinel instead of just being the best one

100%, deadlock is the only other sentinel in conversation and they are broken as a duo to boot.
