Most teams have a player who's the face of the team, and even if their performance isn’t great, they remain on the roster like a permanent piece. They’re the key player that never gets replaced. Here are some examples:

Mwzera just played for Furia this and last year, Khalil has been on Furia since 2021, I think that makes him more of a heart and Mwzera is like the face of the team by being the star player.
