Most teams have a player who's the face of the team, and even if their performance isn’t great, they remain on the roster like a permanent piece. They’re the key player that never gets replaced. Here are some examples:

Mwzera just played for Furia this and last year, Khalil has been on Furia since 2021, I think that makes him more of a heart and Mwzera is like the face of the team by being the star player.

Kingg feels too much emotions during the matches, he is not stable enough to be called the heart of the team.
C0M is the guy who always lift the team after a tough round.
