Bro it started ,he tweeted about it , the players werea angry and then later he deleted the tweets citing he should have addressed the situation in a more mature way, so the drama is actually over

When I first read "he served beef to" I assumed it meant something more like "he was beefin with" as in having a disagreement or a contentious discussion

Some people are saying what if a Muslim was served pork, but my concern is what if someone had an allergy to beef? I believe this was a significant oversight, but it’s possible that it was a genuine mistake.

Good point. Allergies can be deathly

hear me out... what if the people serving the food made a mistake; miscommunication in the kitchen is very common. AND no one forced the Indian players to eat beef; they were just given a beef dish. They could've just asked, "hey what meat is this?". Both parties should have done their due diligence.

why would they ask that if they were supposed to get an alternative, thats what they were expecting

If you don't know something... you ask? its common sense

PLUS, from the tweets I saw they were expecting to eat chicken, BUT LIKE, its obvious to see white meat in any dish. So if the meat wasn't white? you should question it? like hey "is this goat, or lamb, or camel, what is this?"

chicken dishes in south asian countries are usually never white, since they use seasoning.
also, that's a very disingenuous take. why would they have the need to ask when they've clearly mentioned instructions that they don't eat beef.
do you inquire about every dish at a fine dining restaurant when you're supposed to clearly mention your dietary restrictions (health/cultural), preferences etc when reserving a seat?

dawg what... you know other cultures besides south asian season their chicken... (the chicken will be different colors too like red, orange, yellow, brown, etc) BUT the INSIDE is still white. take a fork and see.

Yeah I've paid hundreds of dollars to get into events and told them my dietary restriction. And YES sometimes they mess up and give me something else. Not that hard to just say...

"hey you gave me the wrong dish, I asked for..."

Those guys legit ate the dish and tweeted "OMG they forced me to eat beef" like no they didnt lmao.

CLEARLY it was just a simple miscommunicated mistake and it was handled appropriately since the tweets were deleted.

Crazy how some people can't eat beef when majority of the world does. Just a crazy thought.
