Sure if you want a purely geographical argument, but then you get fun arguments like arguing that Germany is southern European. I mean don't you know the Norse countries exist? If we go by your purely geographical argument, then all of the US besides Alaska can be "South NA", and Alberta is actually just Central NA, and I would be shocked if anybody believes what you're proposing. North, Central, and South when it comes to countries isn't just a geographical affair, it's also a societal and cultural affair. So unless we as a society start considering Vancouver as South NA because the fucking arctic exists, then I think your argument is just semantic bullshit
