From my calculations it will be lotus and ascent/breeze if three maps are going then all the three mentioned
Reasoning for lotus: in the lore updates there was a message from clove basically clove omen and iso are going to discover the new map while astra and harpor are going to lotus because something weird is happening there
Ascent: the oldest map that haven't rotated out
Breeze: dogshit ass map

How Lotus could go out so soon ? It's one of the most popular map, and one of the 2 last that was release. I don't get how with the lore update you arrive at this conclusion.

Pearl got taken out after getting good changes about a year and 3 month after release lotus was released January of last year

maybe only 1 jett smoke that lasts longer?

1 satchel would ruin the agent they wouldnt do that, i think they just need to make the nade not rechargeable probably but raze is good cause everyone else sucks

They said it's a duelist overhall, kind of similar to the Initiator or smoke patches they did a while back. It's still possible that they change clove but it's unlikely imo, if I were a dev I'd try balance the duelists in a way that makes current clove more viable

More map arent popular, sooner they rotate out, Ascent is still here Haven was last to rotate out, Icebox and breeze get rotate out really early compared to their release date, Pearl was flawed and get rotate out early.

I really like Fracture, I would love it to come back, but to be fair, Pearl didn't stay long in the mapool, it's probably the map that gonna get back, if Riot favor the favorite map instead of the most recent one, it will be Haven. As sad as I think, I don't think Fracture will come back next mouth.
I would really want to know if Fracture will be played without a vision if the map come back, because this kinda disappear recently.

I think Valorant dev team are the only balance team in the world that would make a nerf on a agent, even player that don't play the agent would hate T.T
If the map change comes into effect on the 11th of June, like you're assuming, then we can look to the Premier schedule for some hints. The 11th of June would be 4 weeks into the rotation, which means the week 5, 6, and 7 maps (Breeze, Split, and Icebox respectively) are NOT getting rotated out. That leaves only Bind, Lotus, Ascent, and Sunset as the candidates. Sunset is the newest map and Lotus got changes just four months ago, so it's most likely Ascent and Bind getting taken out of the rotation.
As for what's being put in, it's 100% going to be the new map + one other map. If we look at the maps currently out of rotation, the ones that've been out the longest are Pearl and Fracture, so we're most likely getting one of the two back alongside the new map.
TL;DR it's most likely Ascent + Bind OUT, new map + Fracture/Pearl IN.
