yay is the most BORING player of valorant?

Sorry he's obviously a top 10 player in the world but i would rather watch other top players having games of their life than his.

• rarely plays rifle and never other guns, only OP/HEADHUNTER/ULT
• never entry frags, when does dies instantly
• almost always lurking
• only plays chamber (pretty sure he's going 100% only chamber now, prob only on breeze)
• super calm aim so he never gets insane flick kills, spray transfers etc.
• minimal movement, this dude literally doenst move. He never presses a or d while holding an angle like every other pro or even does an air-strafe for information. The only time i saw him do that today was on ascent mid
• 0 drama
• 0 trashtalk
• baits his team alot of times
• too humble
• too kind
• too patient so he holds an angle in the entire round without moving the mouse
• never streams
• has 0 excuses
• too consistent

Some NA fans say they dont like EU matches because they are so boring and aren't entertaining because it's always so slow and rarely has crazy plays when yay is probably the most "EU player" in NA

He maybe boring but he plays how a Chamber should play. He just plays to win bro, I agree that sometimes he does some super risky plays like aggresively peek/push while in defense but I'm sure it's with his team's consent and it's always a risk/reward thing.

Have you seen him play since last year and how he played against Sentinels which just won Masters Reykjavik, he was maining and entrying with Jett and just out-aiming people hence the nickname "El Diablo". He was really cracked on a duelist role and even pros were glad that they have Yay on their team even if it's just competitive games.

I'm sure he can entry when their team comp needs it but as we're seeing, they have Victor for that now. I think it's more like a team comp thing and putting him as the anchor is the best bet. They're just playing to win and sometimes you have to do the boring and ratty stuff haha.

Yay on Jett was a lot more fun. Miss his cracked marshal plays. That being said, chamber is just too good right now. Most teams are putting their most cracked players on chamber, and his playstyle favors lurking and holding angles.

As far as the rest of the list, it's a big reason I like the guy, he's humble and let's his play do the talking.

Now there are still moments where Yay is must watch in VCT, but I think Victor has been the most entertaining player on the team.

Finally I think some of this has to do with you being a Brazil fan.
Not to say that as a bad thing, but Brazil tends to play faster, looser, and generally are much more entertaining than the util baitfest that is EMEA and NA. I loved watching the few games NIP played as they often hit a site in the first minute and a half. However this is generally a hard strat to win with, so you better have cracked players like LOUD or PRX if you want to get far.

yeah agree lol why is everyone thinking this is a bad thing? he's literally saying yay is so fucking good it's just not exciting to see him shit on everyone else because at this point you expect him to. and it's true. The guy is so consistently clean, he almost always pops off and what's unique is that it's not some crazy TenZ flick spray transfer shit. it's just smooth, methodical, and most importantly SMART gameplay.
The guy makes other tier 1 pros look like bronze players lmao, legit smurfing. Idk how he does it.

Watching El diablo doing a 3k with headhunter or clutching a 2v5 is way more fun than watching Loud get shitted on in grandfinals kekw

He has easily some of the best clips in the val comp scene. 1v4 with Marshall, that stupid 4k against guard on icebox, no scopes on haven, plus the amount of times ive seen this guy wallbang headshot with an op or headhunter on a jump peek is astounding.

Half of those points are why I love watching Diablo play.
